I had a wiring issue with my dishwasher, contacted Apex through their website. Dave showed up same day and fixed it in under an hour. I am super impressed with how quickly they respond and did the repair. I will be a forever customer.

Johnny and his crew did an excellent job and did the meter repair work that we needed done on our home at an excellent price point. They coordinated the disconnect with Duke and permitting with the county, and were able to get all the work done in one day with power back on. Additionally they were able to ground our gas lines and Furnace as well. These guys are the real deal and have definitely earned a lifetime customer in me! Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and Tony was able to install our new bathroom light fixture easily. He also put in a canned light in our shower and installed a new light switch. The service call was afforadable and completed efficiently. I would highly recommend Apex Electrical Services.

I had a great experience with Apex Electrical. They were able to come out the very next day. I was having issues with my breaker box, and they quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem.

Apex Electrical did an outstanding job today. Billy and David came out to troubleshoot a loose connection that knocked out part of our electrical circuit, and they were professional, courteous, and easy to work with.

They explained the issue clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and fully restored before leaving. Pricing was very reasonable for the level of service they provided.

edit: They used ChatGPT to respond, absolutely pathetic that you have to rely on AI to say the words "We screwed up royally and are sorry.". Can't imagine how poor their electrical skills are if this is their customer service.

Got my estimate on the 8th, I emailed them on the 11th and heard nothing until the 23rd when I was told my estimate was expiring so I emailed them again. It's now the 30th and I've still never heard from them.

I was planning on going with Apex, but because they've pulled me around for nearly three weeks I'm cutting my losses and looking into other electricians. They've delayed an entire house renovation by almost a month, I wouldn't trust them to do any work for me at this point.
