Nick is always helpful and front end guys seem to have been there for a long time and are knowledge of what I need. The new layout looks great and there seems to be a lot of free educational events.

Quick service, first time there, they didn't have special order parts I needed. They ordered them for me. Parts arrived within days....second time I went there for more of the same parts... They we're in stock. They want your business

Richards Electric…. What can be said?
Under normal supply conditions they have enough materials and in stock to accommodate a small project when most suppliers would need to do a manufacture order.

Their sales staff are well seasoned and are a great asset (they know their line card).

Exceeded above expectation. I showed them pictures of what I needed, they were very friendly and knowledgeable! They had what I needed in stock. I was in and out less than five minutes. Thank you for your help today I will be back

Exit 2 Reading Rd. You can park overnight. Park on the right side of the entrance in the driveway. They would like drivers to be there at 07:00.am due to the employee parking lot fills up fast in front of 2 docks. Usually in and out in an hour.

Great and nice customer service

I called with a problem; even though they could not help me, Chris was more than wonderful and knowledgeable to help direct me in the right direction. The British or Australian guy was absolutely no help even though I called his department with questions about products.

Advice for truck drivers,you MUST be here before 7am(they have lower "uphill " driveway - you can stay there overnight),because if you come later and parking lot will be full - here will be a problem to back in the dock,I would say REALLY big problem!!! Good luck!!!

Counter sales people are either hard of hearing or just dont give a care. Look for orders in the wrong company name. I guess that's why they are called Richards

Get here before 7 am..docks are hard to get in. Fast unload though.

Got here at 3:30 pm and they didn't want to unload me. 1 stack of pipes. 3 minutes job and they refused to unload. Had to wait until next day. 😡
