Paff Electric is the best. They installed an electric car charger for us. Josh, Cody and Maddie were helpful and kind. They were on time, clean and courteous. They were able to get the job done quickly / same day. They stayed while we made sure the charger and app worked. Thank you!

Recently had Paff Electric and Solar at my house to review some questionable electric discovered during a bathroom project. The electric in question turned out to be fine but they did point out a couple issues in another part of my 100 year old home which they quickly corrected.

I have been using Paff Electric and Solar for my electrical needs for many years. The Team has always been very responsive, professional and great to work with. I will continue to use them for all my electrical needs going forward.

Their web site is super convenient and allows you to schedule an appointment online which is very helpful.

Cody and Maddie were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient throughout the entire install. I made several changes to the original plan and they worked seamlessly with me to bring it all together. Definitely will call them again for the next job!

Always an easy choice for any electrical needs I have. Top notch communication, professionalism, efficiency. Swapped out a fan, installed a vanity light, updated switches and outlets in a remodel. Josh was an all star. Would recommend to any one that asks and Paff is always my first call.

Cody and Maddie did an excellent job replacing two bathroom light fixtures and one under the counter fixture in the kitchen. Everything was cleaned up and they even took the trash with them. Two very nice and professional young people.

I'm sad to give such a low rating, because my initial experience with Paff was GREAT. It was easy to schedule time for an estimate and the company was proactively communicative.

This was the third bid I was getting for solar installation, so I had some sense of what to expect. With that in mind, the technician who came out still impressed me. He was patient, informative, and did an outstanding job. He let me know that since it was a Friday and that it was Halloween that I would not get my estimate by the end of that day, but I would receive it Monday instead (Nov. 3).

I did not receive the estimate Monday, or Tuesday, so by Wednesday afternoon, I reached out to the company inquiring when I might receive it. Today is Friday, Nov. 21st (3 weeks after the consult) and I have not gotten an estimate, explanation, apology, or an expletive (haha).

I was likely to hire Paff even if the bid was the highest one I received and the start date was the furthest away. However, I'm not sure I would do that now, even if their bid was the lowest and they could start tomorrow. It's disappointing.
