Electrical reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

Had a great experience with TGE Solar. Sales Rep (Kam) was a pleasure to work with. Great product / solutions for anyone looking to save money over time. The team at TGE is knowledgable and is customer focused, unlike a lot of the larger solar providers who walk away after the sale. Support is what makes TGE stand out amongst the competition.

I looked for a solar company for little under a year including TGE and nothing seemed to fit my needs. Than I got an email back from them that their loans have changed to 0% for 12 years and keep the tax credit. All because they worked with a local bank. This was what I needed, they already had the best pricing, even $8000 under ion solar they just needed a good loan plan. After starting the process they have also been very accommodating to any issues that have come up. I have had a couple things pop up during and after installation and they have taken the time to make sure everything is done correctly. I would recommend using them.

Absolutely great company. I have delt with a few people in this company and they are always prompt, professional, and great to work with.

We found TGE Solar to be most cost effective system and they take care of all the required permitting. My installation was delayed due to the partner company they were working with but they stayed on top of my project and made sure everything was taken care of. Now we check the app almost every day and are trying to decide on the best use for our battery.

Throughout the whole process TGE Solar was awesome! Honest, super great communication and the pricing is clear cut and easy to follow. I’ve shopped around before pulling the trigger on my 25kw system. Other companies play gimmicks with 18 months free, and other spiffs, but TGE Solar cut me the best deal and was honest how they arrived to the price. Great folks!

We hired TGE Solar to remove and reinstall our solar system during a roof replacement. They carefully documented our system, brought the panels and racks off the roof, stored them on my property, then returned after the roof had been replaced. The reinstall had a minor hiccup where one panel was not reported by the system but they worked through the problem to get it functional again. Our solar system has returned to full operation thanks to TGE Solar!

The entire team was so helpful and professional the entire time. They were literally there WHENEVER we needed them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. THANK YOU TGE!

I had 17 panels and a Franklin battery installed a year ago and I am very pleased. I was concerned about service after installation and my worries are over. For example, they were proactive by noticing an inverter was out and had a new one ordered before I knew I had a problem. Drew just installed it. Of course my utility bill is much lower but more important to me is not worrying about the power being out for a long period.

TGE Solar provided a great buying experience for our solar panel system. The sales process was super easy, they explained how the whole project would work with a timeline of all the required steps and kept me updated throughout the process. TGE Solar was also significantly more cost effective than other companies that quoted for our project. The installation and panels all are warrantied. They take care of all the required permits. My installation was delayed after I chose to switch to the newest inverters that were not available when the project started but the system is now installed and working perfect! I check the app every day to see how much power my system is generating. I highly recommend TGE Solar if you are looking for a solar power system.

TGE Solar provided excellent customer service! They took the time to work with us on the ROI and best solution for our home. The installation process was quick and precise. We had an all around great experience and are seeing the results!

We had a great experience dealing with TGE.

We got a quote from Christian within minutes after our incident, he came over to our house the same day to fix our issue. He was very efficient and explained the work he performed as well.

Happy to recommend this company to anyone seeking help with any electrical issues.

TGE have been absolutely wonderful!! They are a company that cares and here for all your needs. The company that did install us up and went out of business without even telling us. We were so lucky to find TGE especially Drew, they helped us right away and was amazing to work with!

Very happy with our solar panels and everything TGE Solar did before, during and after the installation. Not only are they very experienced in solar projects and have very high quality panels, they are also a family company that really puts the customer first throughout the project. Absolutely recommend TGE Solar to anyone thinking about adding solar panels to their home.

I have had such a wonderful experience getting my panels installed with TGE Solar. Awesome team of sales people and project management. Sales was transparent and honest and stayed connected up to the very end. Communication with project management was always easy and responsive. Installation day went smooth as could be and I couldn’t be happier with my panels

I recently had solar installed through TGE Solar, and they did an excellent job. Their communication was clear throughout the process, and they were flexible and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with TGE Solar for solar panel installation on my property. The experience was exceptional, from the initial research phase to pricing, installation, and follow-up, service has exceeded expectations.
The installation process was smooth and efficient as TGE’s team handled every aspect of the installation with precision and care. I would heartily recommend working with this local Cincinnati company if you’re considering a switch to solar energy!

We had signed a contract with a different solar company, that ended up closing. Loie our salesperson, moved to TGE and got us a new contract and better financing than we had before. He got us installed in less than 30 days.
Daniel, our electrician, was there before the rest of the installers and kept us informed throughout the whole process.
They were very professional. There was an issue with one of the inverters and they kept us updated for when the replacement would be installed. A very good experience.

Had a wonderful experience with TGE Solar! Starting from initial discussions where I wanted to learn what solar was all about, the TGE team was pleasant to work with and very responsive! They were always up front with details, nothing hidden, and communicated thoroughly every step of the way, from consultation all the way through install and beyond, even checking on how it was going for months afterwards. Could not be any happier to have worked with TGE and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to pursue solar!

I had a great experience working with Donavynn. His customer service was immaculate, called me back when he said he would and addressed every question and concern I had. Excited for my new solar system. Highly recommend you consider working with TGE!

My wife and I decided to Solar in 2022. Kam and his team are amazing people to work with. They continue to always be available even after the installation is done. They took care of everything and helped us with understanding the process and kept us updated. I really appreciate their team and will only recommend TGE to anyone. Thanks for not just being a sales man but continuing to keep up with us even after the project has been completed.

We went with TGE Solar 2 years ago. The whole process was turnkey. As we look at moving, a renewed focus on our solar panels have been a positive. TGE has been there for me 2 years later helping me through the transfer of ownership. My experience is that you cannot go wrong with TGE Solar.
