Electrical reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

Andy and Noah were polite, professional, and they stayed on task throughout the work day.

Josh and Maddie came out to give me an estimate on a motion sensor light for my driveway and also answered questions on other projects. The estimate was very reasonable and they offered to do the project today so I was happy to get it done on my off day. They were both very professional and respectful . Cleaned up everything, explained how the lights work and said to call if any issues. I look forward to working with them in the future on other house projects. They've done work on my sisters home and she was pleased as well.

We had an attic fan that needed wired up. It was installed recently, just needed wired. Josh was the technician. He was very thorough and checked everything from our homes existing wiring, as well as the wiring for the new fan. He did a great job installing the fan, as well as the functions of the switches. Grat work.

Dalton and Josh were both very professional while on site. They were both very knowledgeable about the solar array I needed them to fix. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with the quality of service.

Paff Electric is a great company. Our family have used their services for years so we know their work is consistently, high quality.
Cody Bauer and Maddie were our service technicians this time.
Job well done!
Cody initially came for light installs and a safety check. He was responsible for finding a major issue that needed immediate attention.
Do ask for and get those safety checks everyone.

Cody came out and did a fantastic job. Very professional. Explained all the options to fix my situation and diligently worked to get the problem fixed quickly. Highly recommend this company

Andy did an absolutely amazing job! He was efficient, detailed, communicative and would never know he was here! Put everything back & cleaned up! If you need an amazing electrician team, Paff Electric is your team!

Cody and Noah were professional, courteous, punctual, and did a nice job. They were informative of what they were doing. I believe I got a fair price of $3400 for adding a 100 amp sub panel from my garage into my basement and 2 guys were here working on it for 5 hours, plus all the materials.

I met with Josh as a first time customer today. He took the time to fully examine and explain what I need to do to ensure my 50 year old electrical service works properly and safely and that it has the capacity to charge an electric vehicle that I am planning to purchase.

Josh, Maddie, and Cody were all delightful. They tackled the challenging job of running a brand new circuit from the basement all the way to the attic in our 90-year-old house, which was a difficult, long job. They installed a bathroom fan with a light and heater, and were careful not to damage the tile in our bathroom. Can't recommend enough.

Had Paff do a service upgrade, combine some panels, and add a new panel. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They did an amazing job and finished their work quickly. The price was totally worth it!

Paff Electric is the best. They installed an electric car charger for us. Josh, Cody and Maddie were helpful and kind. They were on time, clean and courteous. They were able to get the job done quickly / same day. They stayed while we made sure the charger and app worked. Thank you!

Great first experience with Paff. Josh was extremely professional as was his journeyman assistant. Both were able to install a bathroom fan, update outlet, and add a switch expediently. Very pleased, plan to use them again for more home projects! Bob Flick

Recently had Paff Electric and Solar at my house to review some questionable electric discovered during a bathroom project. The electric in question turned out to be fine but they did point out a couple issues in another part of my 100 year old home which they quickly corrected.

I have been using Paff Electric and Solar for my electrical needs for many years. The Team has always been very responsive, professional and great to work with. I will continue to use them for all my electrical needs going forward.

Their web site is super convenient and allows you to schedule an appointment online which is very helpful.

Cody and Maddie were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient throughout the entire install. I made several changes to the original plan and they worked seamlessly with me to bring it all together. Definitely will call them again for the next job!

e had a fantastic experience with this company! The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. A special shoutout to Cody — he was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrician!

Always an easy choice for any electrical needs I have. Top notch communication, professionalism, efficiency. Swapped out a fan, installed a vanity light, updated switches and outlets in a remodel. Josh was an all star. Would recommend to any one that asks and Paff is always my first call.

Cody and Maddie did an excellent job replacing two bathroom light fixtures and one under the counter fixture in the kitchen. Everything was cleaned up and they even took the trash with them. Two very nice and professional young people.

Great place to deliver to and they have some of the nicest people at their shop.

Love the customer service....

Nice luncheon and vendor displays!
