Amazing work by the techs, exceeded my expectations. Had 5 CAN lights installed and an outdoor outlet. Highly recommend.

Frey electric came and fixed all of my aluminum wiring, installed all my new light fixtures, outlets, and switches! They did an AMAZING job!!

Moved wires out of a wall so that a cabinet could be installed. Took just over an hour and the builders the next day had no issues.

They saved my but and my house for being without electricity for several days. I called Chucks electric a after the storm in Clifton 7/13/2016 they said they'd be there. No show. Luckily my neighbor called Frey and more or less grabbed him the electrician off The street and said help he did the young man inspected my problem said no problem and hooked me up.After he took care of my neighbor.

Not actually 24hr. Advertised as a 24 hr, but when you call the number you get a voicemail if it's outside normal business hours. After hours work is only for emergencies. Be aware. I don't know what to rate, so I'm giving an OK rating, because I just don't know. I don't want to wreck their rating.

Needed 2 motion lights and a repair to coach light. They got one motion installed. Then, broke the coach light and told me I needed to get a replacement and set another appointment. Maybe my job was too small but they treated me like I was bothering them. The bill came and the phone call. The office guy was rude and accusatory to me. I will just pay $280 for half a job and move on. Can I get my old coach light back?

They were supposed to come out at the end of March to give a quote. Never heard anything till today 2 weeks later but didn’t get a call just got a letter with an outrageous number that had no explanation of what they would be doing. How about be professional and give your customer a call on what you would be doing instead of a letter wanting my card number on it.

Your electrician "Clint" is rude & disrespectful over the phone. I'll make sure we keep recommending Kist over Frey.

Astounding! As a contractor myself, it is nearly impossible to find anyone this day in the business that you can call and depend on them to complete something of importance for you and truly trust that it will be completed. There is alot of avoiding you as the customer to extend your timeline a little bit. Anytime you call a contractor with an urgent need, you always have a gut feeling of hope that they will actually perform for you. As rare as it is to find someone who meets your needs it is even more difficult to find a company who exceeds your needs and expectations which Frey Electric did in my circumstance. If my experience is any indication of how they are with all of their other customers then i would recommend them every time.

Frey Electric recently completed an exterior fixture installation for us at our home in Finneytown. This is the 4th time we have used them and obviously we have been very pleased. They have installed an exterior panel for us that contained a 50 amp and 60 amp circuit. This required a 75' trench and construction of a panel using 4x4 posts and cedar we provided. To our suprise not only was the carpentry provided, but they went so far as to make plastic labels to identify the circuits. On the other end of this circuit, the wire was "centered" in the conduit where it came in the house. Precise attention to detail. Professionalism

So we had some work done, they put the wrong switches and lights in, had to reorder the right ones, charged us for cheap light plates an exorbitant amount, charged us for coming to the house for three visits when we had everything specifically written in an email the way it should be, the installers were great but we dealt with Brian Grimm and when we asked them to take off 100.00 to accommodate for what they actually did they wouldn’t budge, we had used them in the past with no problems but this time I was very disappointed in the service we got. Will not do business with them again and in this day and age service means everything!

We will only use Frey Electric from here on out.

(We had 3 different well-known companies come by and provide their thoughts and recommendations. The first company never responded back with a quote and the other was well overpriced. Brian at Frey Electric came on a Tuesday, had a quote by Wednesday morning and the work was finished within a week thereafter.)

We’ve used Frey about 5 years ago and were happy with their work, so when we had an electrical issue we called them again. Our experience this time was HORRIBLE. 45 minutes into our 1 hour appointment time they call us to say they’re running an hour behind. 90 minutes later they still haven’t shown, so we call and they say they’re 15 minutes away. 40 minutes later STILL NO ONE has come. So we call to say that 3-4 hours PAST our appointment time, we need to reschedule. They tell us that they can’t reschedule until AFTER the guy that’s never shown up gets back to their office?!?! Huh????!!!! The whole thing was fishy and ridiculous. And they weren’t even helpful or able to even seem to care about fixing the situation. I don’t know what’s going on with them but clearly I would never use or recommend them again.

We had Frey install two lights, because our house has old aluminum wiring, and we didn’t feel it was a diy job given fire risk. They were so professional. Sent two guys, so job was completed very fast. They even hauled away old light fixtures and boxes for new ones. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.

We couldn't ask for a better experience. They got us in quickly, finished the job in 1 day, and did fantastic work for a great price. Dillon and Tony were professional, punctual and very friendly. They explained what they were doing in layman's terms so my 7 year old could understand. They also let her talk their ears off and truly listened to her and engaged her. They really went above and beyond. We will definitely use them again if needed and I absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Frey Electric has provided a number of services to my wife and I since we bought our home in Bridgetown a year ago. Excellent service and they’ve done a great job each time. They have fixed our doorbell, replaced our electrical panel, updated lighting, installed an exhaust fan, and more. Each service was done excellently and the professionalism showed. It’s nice to have a ‘go to’ electrical company to be able to rely on and Frey Electric is certainly that for us.
