My experience with Tru Blue was very positive. The crew that came out was very nice to work with, got everything done that I needed and did it quickly. They took care of small things as well as a larger job that I needed done. I would definitely recommend them.

Tim did a fantastic job installing a pet door for us - professional, efficient, and the door was installed perfectly. Will definitely call on Mr. Handyman again for odd jobs around the house!

I usually do not like to put negativity out there.
I feel obligated to share my experience I have made with Mr. Handyman and the service they offer.
In these unprecedented times like this I feel it is vital information about money driven companies upon signing a service contract knowing beforehand what you might get yourself into.
As far as my experience goes with Mr. Handyman I wish I had known more about them and how they operate.

I would give the 0 stars if possible.
Pay close attention to their billing. They extremely overcharge. When asked about particular surcharges on the bill presented to sign, the answers are very wage and no clear answer or explanation is provided.

The work itself was poorly completed and not to my satisfaction. My 21 year old son would have done a better job than the technician Jason Smith.

When calling the company and asking to speak with the management about the issues experienced I was was brushed off by staff lead Marko Efstratiou. After speaking with Mario Cruz the general manager who promised me that they will do whatever they can to resolve this I felt a little bit at ease.
The day the technician came back to resolve the issue with my front door (3 inch gab under my door) I come to find out not only did Mr. Handyman send the same technician (Jason Smith) but I was explained that there is nothing he could do about MY issue with the door and the only solution he could provide is to caulk the gaps.
I am beyond upset about the work completed.
But what upset me even more was that they did absolutely nothing to resolve the terrible work completed by them. and now after spending thousands of dollars I am left with a front door letting cold air/draft into my house during cold season.
To the owner Kyle Johnson I want to say shame on you for letting you leadership run you company treating you customers like I was treated without any regards or care and I hope in the future you will pay more attention to your staff and your customers service. As far as I am concerned I will never hire Mr. Handyman to work on my house ever again and definitely will share my experience with this company with everyone I know.

Jason got the job done. The toilet parts I had purchased at Lowe’s weren’t as universal as they indicated. Jason was able to make a couple of adjustments and get everything working again.

This team has been amazing from start to finish! Very thorough in service explanation and how the company operates! We had soft close hardware installed to our entire house. We were estimated exactly the time frame and the work was done excellent!! Bryan was our handyman and we will definitely be asking for him to come back on our future projects ! Bryan was very professional, thorough in his work, and friendly. A huge asset to the company!

Bryan arrived promptly to review scope of work. His skill to correct issues were outstanding. He communicated what he was doing and used innovative process to repair back door jamb.
Truly Bryan showed his skills and will to provide solutions . Outstanding.

This was the first time using Mr. Handyman. I found Tim very knowledgable and capable of my projects. They incuded installing a new door knob, and a new door sweep on one door and adjusting the fins on another storm door. My goal was to improve the bottom of my wooden doors and storm doors to keep the cold out. I had bought all the materials needed, so all he had to do was do the installations. But when removing the old door knob and dead bolt lock, he had to literally cut them out. But he knew how to solve the problems.

I had outside steps constructed for my back deck. It was during the winter and we had snow delays and ice delays and rain! Many days off. AND it took several weeks to even get my permit. But through it all, Shellie, my contact there, kept me informed and reassured me when all the delays came. The steps look more than awesome! And I found out Dale does electric and plumbing besides. I already have more projects in mind and will definitely be calling again.

A neighbor of mine was getting some work done by Mr handyman so I walked outside and got the phone number off the company van. I called and it spoke with Allison and we set the appointment for Jeff to come out. Very pleased with Jeff and I look forward to using handyman services in the future

Tech Dan Reckelhoff did a tremendous job repairing (and painting) drywall in my master bedroom and living room. The work in each room was done thoroughly and completely over the course of two visits.

I found them based on Google search with tons of 4.5/5 star reviews. Great experience. They did not take shortcuts- they did the job right. I love that in the future I will continue to have the handyman I met yesterday sent out to our house. Issue was leaking gutter rotting wood under soffit.

The work was great and the repairman was very friendly and knowledgeable and deserves 5 stars. However, the cost was ridiculous, 3 times what I expected, and if I had not been under a deadline to get the job done, I would have declined the quote and gone with someone else.

Had my siding cleaned by Mr. Handyman of Greater Cincinnati. It had a combination of dirt, algae, and mildew on it. The tech did a low pressure wash on my siding and it looks absolutely great....like New. He was careful and thorough. The commercial outdoor cleaning solution(recommended by them) did a great job, and his thoroughness helped the clean results to really show.. no scrubbing was needed, which could displace siding and bother some paint jobs was not needed and not used. He resprayed areas the stubbornly held on to the grit. That attention to detail Really helped to get a flawless appearance.... again looks like new..no more dirt, algae, nor mildew. .

Greg was out and completed the work quickly and professionally. If I have further needs with my house, I will definitely call Mr. Handyman. His expertise made the job that would have taxed me no end, fully functional fast and professional appearance.

When the trip/lever in our bath tub got stuck and rendered us helpless in trying to empty the tub, we were concerned. After getting a ridiculous estimate from a well-known local company a few months ago, we put the project on hold. Then, when the faucet in that same tub began to leak, we became legitimately worried. "Where will the water go?" we wondered. It was time, we decided, to call Dale, our hero "Mr. Handyman" to come to the rescue. When Dale arrived, I was so anxious to have his help that I didn't even wait for him to knock. I opened the door and welcomed not only him but also his experience, his knowledge and his unequaled expertise. Dale did not disappoint. In less than 4 hours, he replaced the trip lever, examined the faucet, removed, purchased and installed a new cartridge for the valve. Problem solved - just like that! !!! (I'm still not sure how he got that stuck trip/lever removed.) You came through for us again, Dale, and we could not be anymore pleased than we are. Thanks to you and your company for being there when we needed you!!

Right from the start, Dale (our handyman) was a gentleman and an absolute professional in every respect. After agreeing on the estimate for our gutter concerns, Dale went right to work. He soon realized the job would not be as time consuming as he originally thought. He told us the original estimate was actually too high for the work that was needed. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? That was a first, for me and my wife! Estimates usually go up, not down. I have never been treated so fairly by such a honest repairman in my life. Thanks Dale, to you and the company you so honorably represent. We will be calling you again in the future, I'm sure of that.

Jeff and David were great and service was top notch. Appreciate everything you did for us!

Was more than satisfied. Dan made a few calls and was able to secure a second technician so they were able to repair and replace my door and frame the same day! I no longer see outside from the bottom or side of door! Very polite, explained everything even cleaned up.

Greg did a really great job for us. Everything completed and cleaned up in one day. Arrived promptly at 8 am as promised. Greg immediately pointed out a problem with the light fixture I had purchased so we made a quick switch. What would have been a hard job for is now complete.

Jason of Mr. Handyman was cordial, did a variety of tasks that ranged from RO System replacement, garbage disposal replacement, replaced a piece on my microwave & put replaced several window well coverings.
He did a great job & was so polite & diligent though out the process.
I would highly recommend, Jason & Mr. Handyman.
The company was great with follow ups with the appointment.

Mike did a great job fixing my fence gates and installing my new mailbox. He provided prompt, professional and quality service! Thanks again Mike!

Jason Miller was amazing in every way. Came out did a great job was kind and curious to myself and my family. Talked me through every part of the repairs. Would bring back 10/10 times.
