Great Service. Items were fresh and decor was awesome. Not expensive as some floral shops.

I got some cool air plants and a very nice kalanchoe cutting that I haven't seen anywhere in Ohio. Friendly and helpful staff.

This place has fabulous prices on flowers! The staff is friendly and helpful. Their flowers are very healthy. This is the place to go.

Had them do some work. For the most part all good work at fair prices. One tree was dead when planted. Asked to replace it, they never called back.

Joe and Dan did a great job on tearing down an old retaining wall and building a new one! Dan and the team were able to completely transform the space in just three days. These guys care a lot about the work they do. Thank you!

Went in for the mums sale, found lots of great and different colors. The pumpkins are beautiful color. The staff was super friendly!

Scheduled a meeting with Dan Cappel to get a estimate. He told me I would get this estimate in roughly one week. Never heard from this guy again even after several attempts to communicate. COMPLETE waste of my time don’t waste yours.

Got some mulch today and from this day on I will never go anywhere else! The delivery guy was awesome and just realized I didn't tip! Smh I'm sorry about that but I will pay a visit tomorrow and tip the driver

During the summer my daughter and I came in and felt very ackward, we weren't greeted they weren't busy but we bought our stuff and left. Couple weeks ago I went in the young lady was there, didn't realize she worked there, she walked past me and didn't say anything, I said do you work here, I didn't see anyone else, I asked about eucalyptus. Well TODAY I walked in an older lady talking to someone and young lady behind counter, I walked in LITERALLY all 3 look at me and no one says anything. I will never come back in that place. Clearly I'm not welcome! I'm in a huge garden group on Facebook and always tell people that's the closest place other than traders Joe's but today I drove to traders Joe's.

I called them in the Fall last year and they said they would call back to schedule to come out for estimate. They never called back. I called again in early February and they said they would call me and get back to me. Again they never called back. I needed 14 bushes replaced and regular maintenance. So I ended up calling another company that responded back and and already got the work finished perfectly! I live in White Oak very near to them.

This place is awesome. Great selection of plants including houseplants. The staff is very friendly as well. Will definitely continue to shop here in the future!

Drew and his team made sense of our yard in one day. I am so impressed with what was accomplished and how clean the landscape was left. No time was wasted and I recieved much more than expected. Plan to use Cappel's every year going forward.

Great variety and super friendly people that work here. Couldn’t get over how much there was to choose from. It was hard to pick just a few favorites, I wanted to take them all! Today was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back!

We used them for a tree planting project in our neighborhood and also lawn mowing last season and was very happy. They were very friendly and provide great service. We plan to use again next season.

We visited with our kids Cub Scout group. They were great with the little kids as well as the older ones. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I plan to go back to get some plants and supplies for my garden.

My husband and I had some work done in our yard by Joe Cappels landscaping garden center. They did such a wonderful job! They were very friendly, professional and I love how they cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with the service they provided.

We got our Christmas tree here and will definitely be back next year. I loved all the ornaments. Can't wait to come back this spring for some perennials!

After searching for our perfect live Christmas tree all day we found the perfect tree here....the right size and the right price. The gentleman who wrapped our tree was super nice and Ill return here next year for our tree. Priced lower than others by $20-$30. The inside had alot of great priced floral arrangements.

My son got 3 loads of gravel. He lives within the 0-5 mile range. I have a pickup, but that much gravel I would have to make 3 trips. It was my son's off day, so they made a special effort to deliver it right then. I would give them a 6 rating, but it doesn't go that high. I will definitely come back. Great company!

Super helpful staff, had what I needed when 4 other lawn/garden centers I visited did not. When I called to ask if they had the item it took them almost no time to check. Will get my business again!
