Upscale did a tremendous job on our home. When we bought the home it needed an entire new landscaping design. James from Upscale worked with us from start to finish to make sure the design was what we wanted, it was all done timely and professional. We also did a lighting design as well to uplight the home. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Upscale Lawncare did an outstanding job with my project. They cleaned up my mulch bed, trimmed all bushes, edged the mulch bed around my trees, spread weed preventer and new mulch. Everything looks fantastic. The team was professional and easy to work with. I'd definitely use Upscale Landscaping again.

Contracted Upscale to assist with our backyard pool hardscapes and design. Chris, the owner, took the lead on all of this and was a pleasure to work with. Chris was right on the spot with his estimate and we ended up coming in right at what he projected. Our project was fairly large and incorporated a number of different materials, from pavers, to boulders, to lights and retaining walls. This project went according to plan. The crew that worked on our project was everything we could hope for and showed so much attention to detail, that we referred Upscale to two other friends who were also having pools installed. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to hire Upscale again, as the workmanship the crew and owner demonstrated was top notch. Our yard was left in a much better place than when Upscale received it. Thanks Chris, Frannie, and the other guys! You are exceptional.

We worked with Ryan on a lighting project and have had a great experience. We are looking forward to adding the back to our project. He was extremely professional from the first phone call, appt, options, changes and execution of the project. He even stopped over at 5:45 a.m. to adjust lights while it was still dark. One word -UNDEPENDABLE. Won’t return calls or texts. Discovered Davey at the Home & Garden show. He came to our home & gave an estimate right away. We agreed to move forward on 3/28/20. That’s the last time I’ve seen him. It’s mid-June. After numerous attempts to contact him, he promised to be here 2 weeks ago. No show. No word. He is very personable & gave a great presentation/quote. But that’s where it ends. I’m disappointed because I’ve lost 2 months of getting landscape established. If you want work done soon, look elsewhere.

Davey and Dave from Eagle Creek Landscaping transformed our yard into something amazing. Every morning we get up and just go out and stare at it. We could not be more pleased. Look forward to having them do the front yard. These before and after pictures don't even begin to do justice to the great job they did transforming our jungle into a lovely usable yard.

We had an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. We met Christopher through mutual friends, and he came very highly recommended. Upon his first visit, he immediately got deeply involved in the planning and helped us think through options. Our main problem was that, given the shade and competition with trees, we simply could not grow grass in the backyard. We tried sod three times, and it always failed. We were considering going to gravel or more hardscape, but we really wanted the experience of grass, and he suggested we try the artificial turf. Certainly, people of goodwill can disagree on artificial turf, but we think it looks great and it is so easy to use and care for.

The process of working with LaMond was great. As I said, the estimate was quick, insightful, and comprehensive. We actually had an issue with the timing of the project because of the terrible weather this winter, and Chris offered to refund our deposit because of the delay (which was NOT their fault). We certainly appreciated that gesture, but decided to leave the deposit with them because we knew we wanted to finish the work as soon as the weather broke. They got right on it.

The work itself took two days, and Christopher and his team were all terrific the entire time.
1. The first day was the excavation and leveling and gravel work and the beginning of the cobblestones and stubbing in the drip irrigation lines under the future turf
2. The second day was finishing the cobblestones and laying the turf and putting in the handful of plants we had purchased

I highly recommend the turf solution if you have a challenge with natural grass and I highly recommend you do it with Lamond!

Christopher is an extremely talented designer, who came up with several different plans for us to choose from. The execution of the project was flawless and the backyard was transformed into a peaceful oasis. Christopher was a pleasure to work with, as were his employees. Great communication and guidance all along the way.
