Awesome job completely overhauling and upgrading my patio. Very meticulous and caring job done, from prep to finish and clean up! Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service and would not recommend to anyone. I contacted them either in late September or early October for a landscaping quote for both the front and back. In addition, I needed some masonry work done along our driveway. Patrick promised me it would be about 3 weeks to get a quote back. After 4 weeks I contacted them and was told he was busy but it would be another 2 weeks. 3 weeks followed and I sent a strong worded email asking if they still wanted my business. I got an email back a few days later stating they can’t do the masonry because it is too advanced (it’s just a stone veneer??). When I inquired about the landscaping, Patrick asked if I still wanted a quote. YES!!!! I had been waiting now almost 2 months and he hadn’t even started on the quote. He sent me a design a few days later and stated a formal quote with prices will follow but one never did and that was early December. I understand the fall can be busy but the lack of professional courtesy or communication was very alarming. I was pretty bummed because my initial experience with the team early on was great and I really liked the ideas Patrick had for yard.

Hyde Park Landscape and Tree Service has taken excellent care of the Mt. Washington Cemetery for over ten years. When we lost twenty-eight 150+ year old ash trees due to the emerald ash borer, they meticulously removed each tree. This was no easy feat in a cemetery with over 4,000 headstones. Not a single headstone was harmed and they left the cemetery immaculate. They did all of this in a timely, efficient, pleasant and professional manner. They have performed other dead tree removals for us in an equally meticulous way. Their prices are reasonable; they offer excellent value for the money.
The Mt. Washington Cemetery is a formerly abandoned cemetery that is cared for by neighborhood volunteers who formed the nonprofit Mt. Washington Cemetery Association in 1985 to care for the cemetery. On several occasions, Hyde Park Landscape and Tree Service has come to the cemetery's aid, delivering mulch and cutting up and removing sections of a massive tree limb that was too big for the volunteers to handle, at no cost to the cemetery.
I endorse this company unconditionally and am so grateful to have them in Cincinnati,

We have used Hyde Park in the past for tree removal and they always did a great job, so we brought them back to shape three maple trees along our sidewalk. Joe, Raul, and the rest of the crew did a great job from start to finish. They were able to raise the tree profile while maintaining the shade characteristics that we wanted to keep, and still keep the trees looking great. We had to run some errands and the crew waited for us to come back so we could do a final punch out and make sure our expectations were met. We asked them to cut a few extra limbs and they did that without issue. Overall, a great experience and we highly recommend them, thank you!

I've used Hyde Park to take care of a 12 acre lawn in Indian Hill for the last year. They kept the lawn looking sharp and were always able to take care of any special requests I had. The crew was friendly and they were in and out quickly every week. Communication was great and Nick was easy to work with and bent over backward to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend Hyde Park Landscape and Tree.

So I so spoke with the owner Don after my vehicle was struck by a rock that came from one of his trucks beds near Kellogg and Five Mile. As we got onto 275 and sped up a rock was dislodged from a mower on the back of his truck as it picked up speed and severly damaged the front end of my vehicle. Rather than acknowledging his employees may have forgotten to clean the equipment and properly secure the trucks load he quickly tried to invent a story in which a rock was kicked up from the highway as opposed to coming from the vehicle which i have video evidence of. I even offered to send the videos but rather than even acknowledge a world where his employees could be at fault he has decide to claim negligence. I will be filing a police report and a claim with my insurance agent now that I have tried to work it out with the business and was dismissed in such a disrespectful manner. I am not angry but certainly disappointed that in the year of our lord 2025 business owners remain running such poor organizations and have leaders with such poor character. I miss the days where we didnt not have to exhaust legal avenues and engage insurance companies when accidents happen. I may have been born in 1997 but I was born in raised 15 minutes from hyde park. I'm not just a number or a name Don. I am a life long Cincinnatian and community member reputation is alot for small businesses and things like this are very telling of your overall character and business practices.

Hyde Park Landscaping (Pat, Jose, and his crew) recently finished a big job for us including removing 7 trees and repairing our very old stone wall.
They exceeded our expectations on all counts: attention to detail, efficiency, communication, overall value, professionalism, and flexibility.
As they were working, everyday my husband would come home and say ‘did you see how great the wall looks?!’ And that’s high praise from my husband.
Having worked with many contractors over the past few years on our house, this experience was so refreshing.
They went above and beyond, even adding mulch and seed to areas they were working to make the finished product look even better.
Anyways, check out Hyde park landscaping if you are in need, we highly recommend them!
Here is some before and after pictures that really don’t do the work near enough justice. -

An arborist was supposed to call me back but never did.

Called twice for an estimate no response. I have used them in the past with some issues.

Mr. Taylor pruned a couple over grown trees I had in my yard. His quality of work is first rate!

As a small business, they were highly unprofessional. They had no manners and were extremely rude. If this is how they act towards potential future clients, I will take my business elsewhere...

Best in the business. I have used many tree companies for my property management company. I used the Taylor's service at my home and there is no doubt they are the best!

The guys that came out to remove several trees where very professional, experienced and most importantly (to me) cleaned up after they were done! I believe in supporting local family owned businesses. I can be very picky about my lawn and they followed all of my requests. I will use them for future jobs.

I have used Taylor's Tree and Landscaping several times over the past several years. Their responsiveness is nonexistent, in particular, in regards to the most recent time I contacted them to have a Bradford pear tree pruned. I called them in August 2022 thinking, since this type of tree does not drop its leaves until December, the work would be done within 4 months. It is now October and, not only has the work not been done despite several calls placed, they have not even contacted me for the bid. I was told the bid would be completed in approximately 3 weeks. No call or contact of any kind has been initiated by this company despite my weekly calls to inquire about the delayed bid. I don't care how good the work is. If you can't even get a response, it's not worth your hassle.

We have used Taylor’s many times during the past and they certainly do a fantastic job and a very professional one at that. The employees are careful and courteous as they maneuver their equipment to trim the limbs and drag the debris to the chipper. Watching them rope, manipulate and remove the trunk safely would have to be the result of years of experience. Thanks so much, Bruce! The O’Connor Family

Nate and Noe came out and got to work right away and the results are more perfect than we could have pictured! We are very happy. They even worked through some rain!

Seiler's Landscaping has been taking care of our yard for several years. They are excellent with designing, planting, and upkeep. We have many bushes, trees and plants so upkeep is a big job. Elliott manages all of our work and we appreciate the ease of being able to communicate with him. He replies as quickly as possible and is very responsive to our needs. Each team that he sends is outstanding. We especially appreciate the team of Isaac, Juan and Carlos. They are friendly, courteous and hard working! We highly recommend Seiler's Landscaping.

After having larger rainwater drain pipes installed in our yard and repairing damaged irrigation pipes, I engaged Anna at Seiler to 1) assess the sod/grass requirements, 2) install popup drain stone surroundings, 3) remove damaged/dead bushes, 4) install accent stones, 5) plant new shrubs and bushes and 6) edge and install mulch in all beds. She responded promptly and proposed exactly what I asked. At the end of June 2025, Clint and Juan from Seiler spent 1 day preparing the yard for the new sod, installing popup drain stone surroundings, removing bushes and planting new shrubs and bushes, re-edging the mulched beds and installing new mulch and accent stones. The next day Clint and Juan installed healthy new sod with care on their hands and knees. They did a fantastic job - courteously, timely and professionally. I'm pleased with the results.
