Priority Lawn & Landscape worked wonders on my 2 acre ranch-style home. My yard had been overgrown for several months, Johnny and his crew came out and had the job done in a few short hours. He and his crew did a beautiful job with the landscape and the grass cutting. Priority Lawn & Landscape gave me a precise estimate, the crew was polite and professional, and they left my yard meticulous. Highly recommend them.

This was our first year, using Johnny and his crew. During the spring, I used his team to completely redo our front landscaping. When presenting us different ideas he seemed educated and informed on what would work best under an area we couldn’t get anything to grow. This being because of a large oak tree. He presented 4 or 5 different options in different price ranges and made sure he sold us on what would be the most efficient, even if it were less costly than other options he suggested. He presented the pros and cons on each and took the time to explain all our questions. The company could have sold us on a much more expensive idea but he was honest and suggested what was best for our needed area.

I cannot say enough about Johnny Perry and Priority Lawn and Landscape. Getting someone to do my grass cutting (with a hill) and the landscaping has been impossible where I live and then I accidentally found Priority Lawn and Landscape via a post on Nextdoor 3 years ago. I can't say enough about the quality of the work at a very reasonable cost and the responsiveness and professionalism of Johnny Perry.

This is the first year we were not able to put up our outside Christmas lights. I got a couple bids. Priority's bid was better. But significantly more important was that Johnny was understanding, compassionate and kind. He listened to my needs and concerns and gave me options. He even accommodated some special requests. The day he put up the lights went smoothly. Before he left, he made sure all my questions were answered and assured me he was available if I needed to reach out. I put that to the test that night. He responded immediately and even came out to make sure everything was ok. Wow! I highly recommend using Priority Lawn and Landscape. I know as the need arises we will be contacting him for other services as well. It was a great experience.

They did a great job. All were nice and kept in contact with me. Even with all the rain, they were able to start on the date they said. The stump grinder didn't show up. Johnny found me one that started the next day.

Hired Johnny and his company again to clean up my fence line from vines, weeds, poison sumac and Ivey and tree branches etc.. They showed up on time, got the job done in a timely manner, especially in 90° heat. They removed all debris and hauled it away. Great job and highly recommend.

We had some leaves that we were never able to get around to clean up. The cold came and we gave up. We contacted Johnny and his team and they were able to get the job done in a quick manner. He was polite and professional the whole time! Highly recommend!

I first called Allison on July 14 for a quote and was told someone would call me the next day. No one did. I called again on July 20 and was told someone would maybe call back either that day, or tomorrow at the latest. It's now Aug. 1. No calls. I only deal with professionals.

This company mows the new Lick Run Greenway. Over the summer there have several instances of the crew mowing over litter, chopping it up and leaving it or blowing it to neighboring properties. Not to mention, they never mow the entire park and always leave strips untamed. Clearly a waste of city money and nuisance for those trying to clean up this corridor. After two calls to the company - no resolution. They should be ashamed to leave a public park in the condition they do.
