Very poor management an staff worst job ever the way they treated ppl

Terrible with employees and manager don't listen to your side of the story they just listen to who's been there longer than you which is completely wrong so yes they get one star nothing more nothing less that's all they deserve

Use Apex Environmental Services for your comapny - trust me. The staff that works there are real, hardworking people that are truly a pleasure. They have a great demeanor and pay attention to the details. A job like this is hard and isn't for everyone, but the people I've interacted with from Apex are proud of what they do. This small, family-owned business is hands down the best cleaning service around. I’ve never had the pleasure of working with such hardworking and caring individuals as these. Immediately upon interacting with the management and staff it becomes obvious that down-to-earth and genuine are attitudes that run to this company’s core; and this you can see clearly reflected in their work. You can tell just by watching them work that they know what a great job looks like, and they work honestly and diligently to achieve that standard every single time. I cannot recommend them enough, you will not find a more stand-up, quality service around.

I utilize the services for the whole spectrum of the house… furniture, patio screens, washing machine repair, new sink heads, and changing out the ceiling lights. Highly recommend.

Eddie and his team really deliver on customer service. One of the few businesses I have interacted with that were excellent in communication and responsiveness. Also very friendly. A well run carpet cleaning business! The results were fantastic as our carpets are older but in great condition which showed after the thorough cleaning! I will definitely use again.

This is our second time using Cincinnati Maintenance for cleaning our furniture. We were happy with the outcome of our furniture we had them come back to do our carpets and our furniture again.

Jamie and Jamie did a good job, were friendly, and gave extra advice to keeping our furniture and carpets clean. Jamie worked a little extra on some light stains. Much appreciated. I will ask for that team next time.

Cincinnati Maintenance did a great job rejuvenating our VCT and carpets. They were kind and coordinated around our considerations. If your floors need sprucing up, I highly recommend this team.

Super easy to schedule with and the technicians had excellent communication. They were ahead of schedule and still willing to wait if I was unable to meet ahead of time. They made sure to discuss any concerns I had, and also made sure that I was aware of any steps for anything I felt was missed. Would definitely use again in the future!

This is the best carpet cleaning service we have ever had, and we have tried all the familiar ones in Cincinnati. I can’t say enough good things about them. The carpets look great. They moved heavy furniture and placed blocks underneath when done. The guys were friendly, professional, and explained the products they use. Their heavy duty scrubber really did the job. The carpets dried in several hours. Very, very pleased. Will definitely call again.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The cost was certainly reasonable. The technician was professional and willing to answer all questions. I feel the service was excellent. It also gives me peace of mind to know our dryer is free of lint. It was good for us that this company was recommended by another company that we trust.

Eddie, Jessie did a great job in cleaning my 20 year old carpet! It was either a great clean or a rip out! I’m glad the rip didn’t happen. 90 minutes or so the job was done and out the door:)

Professional, courteous, very competent. Jamie assessed the situation about our dryer vent; she explained the process; she knew what the situation required and she proceeded to correct the problem. Jamie was very efficient and she listened and responded to my questions. It was wonderful to have my dryer back in service- so happy!
