Do NOT recommend — extremely unprofessional and poor quality.I originally booked a full cleaning for 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and dining room for $190. The only cleaned kitchen 2 bathrooms NEITHER bedrooms the living room and dining area THATS it My home is 2,600 sq ft, and the cleaners were in and out in 2 hours and 30 minutes — and still didn’t complete even half of what was promised.
All they did was sweep and load dishes into the dishwasher.
✔️ No dusting
✔️ No wiping down obviously dirty surfaces
✔️ No mopping
✔️ No mirror cleaning in either bathroomNot at all the “full cleaning” they advertise.
To make matters worse, after speaking with the owner, we agreed on a $106 charge that would be processed that same day. Instead, they ran my card several days later without calling or confirming, which put my account into the negative. Completely unprofessional.
Based on the poor quality of service AND the unauthorized charge, I canceled all future appointments. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, or thorough cleaning services. 👎🏼
