Showed when scheduled, serviced our HVAC system. We've been very satisfied with J.J. Smith's intalation and service for many years.

Our AC went out last night and I called this morning hoping they’d be able to squeeze us in. Someone was here within two hours and fixed our AC so quickly. The guy was trustworthy kind and so helpful. Also surprisingly inexpensive. Very happy customer!

Chris was our technician today. He was here to get our air conditioner summer☀️ready. He cleaned the filters, found & repaired a couple of broken wires on the unit (actually not broken-chewed). Removed a mouse nest😱. Checked our thermostat and was gone before we knew it!

We had an issue with our heater. Bryce came out and fixed it. He was fast, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend him.

Dakota Lamb from JJ Smith Heating and Cooling did a fine job servicing the Aprilaire humidifier on my furnace.
He made sure that the humidistat, humidifier unit and waste pump all worked correctly with no leaking before he left.
He did a professional job and was easy to work with.
