I'll never shop anywhere else for plants, shrubs and trees. Mike designed my flower bed for $100. Got a $30 dollar gift card to go with it. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. Highly recommend!

They have a nice variety of healthy looking flowers. I was specifically hunting for shade loving. I think the prices were a little higher than what I expected. I got 2 hanging baskets and 6 small plants for $125.

Large selection, massive knowledge, good service and a clean environment. Their bulk pricing I think is high by comparison in the area. They also could be a little more user friendly with rock and landscape options. They have grass seed by the pound which most places do not. By far though a fantastic place to go!

We drove about 35 minutes to check out White Oak Garden Center, because I was told it was the best, after being disappointed with the garden centers and nurseries closer to our home. They did not disappoint! It is a beautiful place with tons of variety, and everything is displayed and spaced really well, which made it easy to look around and see what was available. There were 3 employees that helped us, and they were all amazing...very knowledgeable and very helpful. We had no idea where to start, and Mike helped us figure out exactly what we needed and how to go about starting our landscaping over from scratch. He spent a lot of time with us figuring out what we wanted and answering all of our questions. The ladies at the cash register were also great, and everyone was even great with our 4 year old daughter. Top notch customer service!

This is the best gardening center for the variety of plants, quality of plants, and most of all, the helpfulness of the expert I worked with today, Eric Tonnis. He is a very knowledgeable, patient and friendly garden expert. Eric spent so much time patiently answering my questions and giving me great plant options. It was crazy hot and he didn't let that deter him from giving awesome help. He is the best gardener that I have ever worked with at any nursery.

They definitely have good inventory, but good luck getting help. Nice people, but they need more people to help customers.

They have super nice plants but compared to other local nurseries, their prices are extremely high.

Last fall my husband and I purchased the White Oak Gardens Snapshot Design service. Wow! As an amateur gardener I was floundering to develop a backyard landscape plan. I submitted the requested information about our yard and goals for the space. What we got back from White Oak was an outstanding professional landscape drawing that perfectly captured what we envisioned for our backyard. Mike at White Oak was so knowledgeable about design and plantings and really helped bring our ideas to life. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations.

After getting the design from Mike we then used White Oak Environmentals to install the first phase of the landscape plan. Bert and his crew did a great job from start to finish - professional in every respect. The quality and service were top notch. Thanks to White Oak we are truly enjoying our backyard and look forward to watching our gardens grow beautifully in the years to come!

Best customer service in town. They always have what im looking for and a lot of unique things also. I've never had to load anything heavy in my car shopping here, there is always plenty of workers around ready to offer and helping hand. I don't shop any where else for my horticulture needs. Keep up the good work. I've been shopping with White Oak Garden center for about a year now, you earned a life long customer and i recommend you to everyone. Thanks

This place is my favorite. It's like walking through a fairy tale, everything is so beautiful and lush and vibrant. Everyone on the staff is so nice and they go out of their way for customers. Every time I've needed assistance finding a certain plant, or had questions about plant care, they have been extremely attentive and helpful. I was just there today and I'll be back again soon!

As a passionate gardener, I always find exactly what I need to beautify my garden beds. Recently, I sought advice on replacing invasive honeysuckle with native plants, and the associate was exceptionally helpful, offering a wealth of options and tips for effective removal. The prices are reasonable, and they also offer various additional services, making it a go-to destination for all my gardening needs. I couldn't be happier with this place!

Friendly atmosphere. When it's packed, their rows do feel cramped. Carts don't roll well on their gravel as well. Overall, a good selection of plants and herbs and knowledgeable staff.

Just went here today on July 14, 2025, and I have been here before, but the staff was so very helpful and kind answering my questions as a neophyte gardener. A wonderful lady took a lot of time heloing me undetstand some basic things about planing. I did not get her name, but all the women who work there are very helpful, professional, and kind. I also had help form a young man named Michael. He did tell me his name, and he took time helping, too.
I want to comment on the quality of plants. It is really refeshing to see the plants cared for. This is not Home Depot ; this nursery cares about the plants. The feeling is such a good one when one enters the place. Just a positive , wonderful place.

Your kindness, professionalism, and help is one of the many reasons I will be back, as well as your excellent plants anf passion for them.

Love this place. I live downtown in OTR and went all over Cincinnati trying to get good advice, find the right tree and have them plant it the right way. Only ONE place did all of this, WO Garden Center. They really do care about the customer and about quality.

One of the best garden centers in the tri-state area. Family owned and operated, wonderfully friendly staff, with more choices to choose from than anyone else around. If you can't find it Jeff the owner will be happy to order it for you. The custom planters that they come up with are beautiful. Especially the ones that are themed for the holidays. If you haven't stopped by to check out their new ginormous Edition you must stop in and see it!

Always so friendly and helpful! Quinn (in the "Trees & Shrub" section) is extremely knowledgeable and patient in trying to determine the best shrubs for my landscape needs.
