Derrick is a great man to have service anyone’s lawn and landscape, he’s the owner of a small business that’s rapidly growing and he’s very skilled in his trade, extremely professional, and easy to work with. Anyone needing lawn and landscape work done this spring/summer and fall I highly recommend calling Cutting Time LLC you won’t be disappointed!

I used Cutting Time Lawn & Landscape, LLC for mowing and maintaining the lawn on my rental property while it was vacant. They were very responsive and provided great service!

I called Cutting Time late last year due to person that I used to use was going back to college. The guys at Cutting Time took me on for the rest of last season and this year and have done nothing but exceed my expectations. They work very hard and are extremely efficient. My yard looks great and they are very reasonable. I won’t use anyone else.

Professional lawn service with great rates. I highly recommend Cutting Time for all your yard needs. Derrick and crew always show up on time and do a fantastic job. I’ve used them for shrub removal, bush trimming and weekly lawn service. Always job well done!

Highly recommend Derrick. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his clients. My yard always looks great when he comes. My backyard is fenced in so he was unable to get his riding mower in there. He offered to use his push mower instead. He’s prices are very reasonable and he even rolls the trash can up if he comes on my trash day, (not expecting that but that’s him going above what he does for clients). Give him a shot. You’ll be pleased with your yard and his service.

I needed to have my front yard re-graded due to sewer line repair. They did a terrible job. Every time I have to mow it and my lawnmower bounces around due to the rough terrain, I get angry all over again that I spent all that money. Also, the covering they put to protect the seeding was very sloppy and I had to remove it because it was placed on top of existing grass in places. So that’s more money wasted and extra work I had to do. The only thing they did right, only after my insistence, was fix the ruts where the previous owner had parked his truck.

Found my forever lamscaping company. Feeling of family. The plan is intact. The implementation will be exemplary I am certain. Nicer people can't be matched. Integrity is solid.

I have had Kissel landscaping come and do a lot of work for me, they leveled out a large portion of my yard and put sod down, planted trees, mulched and much more.
They were on time and very knowledgeable about landscaping. The helped my wife and I make our yard a place we love. I will be using them again in the future as well.
I don't know where these one star reviews came from but they are definitely a 5 start outfit.
I have recommended them to many people -
Kissel Landscaping is focused on full customer satisfaction!!!
I highly recommend Jake Kissel et his customer focused professional team. Jake, Jenny and the team provided great communication through out the project. The team delivered high quality service planting several large trees for me in a timely fashion. -
As the General Manager of a small business in Sharonville, Ohio, I inherited a commercial snow removal contract with Kissel Landscaping signed by prior management. I’m sharing this so other businesses in the Cincinnati and Sharonville area can make an informed decision before signing.
The pricing model is per-visit, but “visit” is defined very broadly. Even a drive-by “check” is counted as a billable visit — whether any plowing or salting is performed or not. We were charged multiple times in a single day for checks where no actual service was completed.
Under the contract:
Kissel determines when service is needed
Kissel determines how many visits occur
Kissel determines whether large-accumulation fees apply
Kissel determines if they need to rent equipment to complete their work and then charge you for their rental
There is:
No cap on number of visits
No seasonal spending maximum
Automatic annual price increases
In practical terms, the contractor controls the timing, frequency, and equipment used, while the customer has no control over service triggers or cost exposure.
From a budgeting standpoint, this creates significant cost volatility for any business.
Additionally, our experience with communication and customer service was disappointing. We did not find the interactions professional, partnership-minded or customer-focused.
My advice to any business seeking commercial snow removal in Sharonville or the greater Cincinnati area:
Carefully review contract language, understand how “visits” are defined, and compare proposals from multiple providers before signing.
Transparency in pricing and clearly defined service standards matter. -

The most shoplifted store in America according to the news , I like it in the mornings, after 11 o clock, you will wait an hour on the two registers open, and there isn’t a self-checkout here, so good luck.

Saddened by the way I am treated as if I am a criminal every time I shop at my own local Walmart store. Receipt checks on my way out of the door (been going on for years), garden center often locked (likely why all of the plants are half dead), garden center exterior doors permanently locked with no one at any of the registers, multiple registers and self checkouts but only a handful available to customers (the longest lines in shopping history), police roaming the stores (eerie), I am disgusted by it all! I feel terrible for the rest of my community that has to shop here and I sympathize with the over worked and underpaid employees. I get the most gloomy vibe every time I walk into this particular store. The Walmart corporation goes out of the way to treat my community so poorly, they might as well go ahead and close this Walmart trap house down for good. They recently spent a large sum of money renovating the store and added multiple self checkout lanes only to carryon with the same foolery. I shopped this dump for the last time today and I hope that folks wisen up and spend their hard earned dollars in a store where they are treated respectfully!

Ever since moving to the west side, this is my go to place for mulch/rock. The first year I mulched, the mulch seriously looked good even the next year! My father owns a landscaping company and we have experience with so many mulch vendors and they are by far the best! I couldn’t be happier with their products and how quickly they’ll deliver it to you! So grateful for them!

Can’t call it the mulch lot nobody is there to load it
