This is the first year we were not able to put up our outside Christmas lights. I got a couple bids. Priority's bid was better. But significantly more important was that Johnny was understanding, compassionate and kind. He listened to my needs and concerns and gave me options. He even accommodated some special requests. The day he put up the lights went smoothly. Before he left, he made sure all my questions were answered and assured me he was available if I needed to reach out. I put that to the test that night. He responded immediately and even came out to make sure everything was ok. Wow! I highly recommend using Priority Lawn and Landscape. I know as the need arises we will be contacting him for other services as well. It was a great experience.

They did a great job. All were nice and kept in contact with me. Even with all the rain, they were able to start on the date they said. The stump grinder didn't show up. Johnny found me one that started the next day.

Hired Johnny and his company again to clean up my fence line from vines, weeds, poison sumac and Ivey and tree branches etc.. They showed up on time, got the job done in a timely manner, especially in 90° heat. They removed all debris and hauled it away. Great job and highly recommend.

This is our third time we have used Priority Lawn and Landscape. Johnny always provides great service. This time he redid our new home landscaping, which was a big job. We had some leaves that we were never able to get around to clean up. The cold came and we gave up. We contacted Johnny and his team and they were able to get the job done in a quick manner. He was polite and professional the whole time! Highly recommend!

I first called Allison on July 14 for a quote and was told someone would call me the next day. No one did. I called again on July 20 and was told someone would maybe call back either that day, or tomorrow at the latest. It's now Aug. 1. No calls. I only deal with professionals.

This company mows the new Lick Run Greenway. Over the summer there have several instances of the crew mowing over litter, chopping it up and leaving it or blowing it to neighboring properties. Not to mention, they never mow the entire park and always leave strips untamed. Clearly a waste of city money and nuisance for those trying to clean up this corridor. After two calls to the company - no resolution. They should be ashamed to leave a public park in the condition they do.

Absolutely the best landscaping service and products on the West side of Cincinnati! We've been happy customers since 2010 and will continue calling upon Allison Landscaping for all of our landscaping needs!

About a month ago, I needed some help with upon and John from Allison landscaping gave me some great advice and also help me with a problem I was having. John was very knowledgeable ,customer service friendly, and went above and beyond to help me.

The team came out to do a general cleanup of the landscape area. They trimmed all of the plants and cleaned up the area. As a bonus, they even racked the sideyard of leaves from my neighbor's tree.

Paul and the installation crew are amazing. They worked extremely hard to exceed expectations and did that. His communication with me was professional and extremely valuable.

I'm new to gardening this year and stopped by Allison's to get some plants and, more importantly, some advice. The man that helped me was AMAZING. He answered so many questions and when I showed him the (poorly measured) map of my garden that I had drawn, he was able to help me choose pollinator attractive shrubs and gave me tons of ideas. He was SO knowledgeable, spouting off scientific names and ideal growing conditions and bits of advice. Everybody was very nice and every shrub and tree I got from them are thriving in my garden and I will be a customer of Allison's for life. I recommend them to anyone who has ideas for their yard and garden that they want to see come to life!

I'm glad I live in Delhi so the drive to Allison wasn't too far. A quick google search of "pond supplies" will bring up Allison as a suggestion - however their pond supply selection is painfully small. I would have been super upset if I drove from somewhere further away. I know covid has made the supply chain somewhat whack, but maybe put some kind of message on your website to let potential customers know the selection is extremely limited. No plants, no fish, a few pumps and chemicals. Maybe we will come back next spring but I kind of doubt it.

The workers were professional. Very friendly. Their work is OUSTSTANDING. I had my back yard and now front yard. Both are beautiful. I will always recommend Allison.

Todd greeted me immediately upon arrival and he was very helpful and receptive to my questions. It was clear that he has lots of experience, and he had others with more experience to ask if he was unsure of something. In addition, he was able to show me examples of everything I was looking for and he gave me great care tips. The prices were high, but the service is great!

Allison Landscaping did a beautiful job in our front and back yards. Jourdan and his team were very knowledgeable, courteous and reliable. It was a pleasure to have them working at our home.
