I forgot to ask the name of the plumber who came out (sorry!), but he was a gem. Super fast and efficient, and didn't laugh in my face when, after he told me my garbage disposal was smoking, I asked if he thought I needed a new one! He installed a new one super fast and the fee was beyond reasonable. Highly recommend them and will be reaching out to Zin's again to replace my showerheads and faucets for my new bathroom!

John came out to replace our PRV and Thermal Expansion Tank. The night before our bathtub faucet started leaking. He finished what he came out to do and then replaced the cartridge in our shower along with cleaning out all the buildup that was causing the issue. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and he had everything completed within an hour. I cannot recommend them enough the service and pricing both were amazing.

Do not use Zins. They are unreliable for scheduling and do not communicate well when issues come up. After waiting all day, I received a call saying the could not make it and service was pushed out 2 weeks while we are having an active leak in our home.
