I don't usually write reviews, the service I received however definitely deserves to be recognized. I was having trouble with two of my fryers not heating. Victor was the tech that was sent to fix this issue. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and the next steps that would be needed. He even helped explain it in layman's terms as I'm not familiar with the inner workings of pumps and heating elements. Victor was extremely professional and efficient. I definitely recommend this company!

Owen has such good spirits coming into the school. He got right on the job and got things done . I really appreciate him. Keep up the good work in Tech 24 Owen you'll be great for this company.

Wing was amazing. He stay as long as he needed to get the job done. We had two major fixes at our store and he made sure it got done correct, even going out of his way to get the parts needed to fix the things from local stores. If we need Tech 24 again I hope they send him. Thanks

Back in the day, didn't love this company, but ever since meeting Victor, the entire culture of the business seems to have changed. Victor has been staying on top of anyone that comes into my restaurant and makes sure we are always taken care of. Super professional, helpful and always takes care of us. Thank you victor, we appreciate you.

Yesterday's service of our big ice ice maker went great. Erik was prompt upon arrival and very thorough in the serving of our equipment. He paid close attention to detail and went over and above on a couple of things he corrected a couple of small things that he could have just let go but didn't. The system is working great and he did a great job. I will be requesting Erik for all my KY locations moving forward if he is available. Thank you

The on-site team is professional and friendly. The customer service is disaster when trying to make appointment with them.

I second a previous comment regarding their customer service - a disaster. No replies to email correspondence even when a sister branch dispatcher requested them to in said emails.
