Ty again for delivering the best most durable gutter system available on the market. It's difficult to tell who is just giving you a line for sales and genuine backed intelligence on a product. After this last snow storm, had ice dams as big as a motorcycle but a firm believer in your opinion amd choice for products. Im pleased to have picked you. They have their google page listed as open 24hrs so when my mom called at 7pm because of an ice dam that was actively dripping into her kitchen during to frozen gutters, the gentleman who answered promptly told her “that can’t be possible, it should be frozen by now” and continued to hum and haw about taking care of the ice damn for her that night. Instead of politely saying that they don’t do emergency services, he proceeded to gaslight her and tell her that water shouldn’t be dripping and it should be frozen even though water was very much dripping into her house from the ice damn.
