Tree reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

Joe Semrad and his crew arrived on time today and removed 3 trees and did extensive trimming in our backyard. I appreciated the care they took to protect my yard and brick sidewalk and my next-door neighbor's yard (which they needed for truck access) with large sheets of plywood. They cleaned up our yard as they worked, promptly adding sections of tree trunk and branches to their chipper. They had an expert climber who went high in our large box elder tree to trim out dead branches, thereby greatly enhancing the tree's appearance. Their extensive trimming made our backyard look fantastic! At my request, they set aside a pile of chips for me to use later for a woodland pathway. I will definitely hire them again the next time I need tree removal and/or trimming!

We had Joe and his team remove three dead trees and trim a 4th one to help keep our home safe. They were extremely efficient and knowledgeable as well as friendly and informative. Our property was cleaner than when they arrived and it's been one of our best experiences since we bought the house in 2020. I highly recommend Scapes to anyone that needs comparable work done on their property. We're definitely going to use them again when the need arises.

The experience with Joe and his team was exceptional. First of all we reached out to several companies to trim our trees, since the front tree was so overgrown and touching our house and blocking the sidewalk. We needed someone quickly and efficient. Joe was the only one who personally responded. He evaluated our trees, gave his expert opinion and emailed us an estimate for the job. He scheduled the job the following week. Joe was in constant contact with me and showed up on time to do the job. He was professional, did the work, cleaned up the yard, had the proper equipment to do the job. He truly cares about the quality of his work and appreciates the trust we placed in him to do the job. Highly recommend and if the need arises I would definitely call on him again.

Quick, painless, and very reasonably priced. These guys do great work and are very professional, will make your experience hassle free. Highly recommend them and will be using them if we have need in the future!

Scapes did a fantastic job! I had 8 large trees trimmed and 4 small ones removed (stumps included). Trees look thinned out and natural, not hacked on. It took three trips to complete but was always told what to expect & when. And there was never anything left behind; the yard always clean & neat. Overall, my property looks great. Just a first class job - Thanks!

Scapes did a brilliant job! I contacted them as I had a tree drop a couple of large limbs close to my house after a storm. They were quick to respond and came out the same day to assess the tree and discuss the requirements for the effort. They told me exactly what to expect and followed through! I had the estimate the very next day which I promptly approved, and they were here when they said they would be to complete the effort. They went above and beyond completing the job and leaving my property looking better than before!! I HIGHLY recommend Scapes for ALL tree trimming and removal needs!!

Today (8.10.20), Joe and his team from Scapes, Inc completed the removal of a 75ft, 4 ft in diameter tree. They did an amazing job. The entire process was extremely professional from Joe's initial written proposal (including his insurance info and scheduling a 30 ton crane to assist with the project), to various communications throughout the process, culminating with the actual work itself which he was able to complete sooner than he initially thought. He completed the job for the exact price of the quote and was more affordable than 3 other quotes I received. His team did a great job cleaning up my yard and even the neighbors yard as the tree was on the fence line. One of his employees was even picking up debris by hand to make sure they cleaned everything up properly. During the process, Joe noticed some old tree clippings and debris I had in the back yard and offered to clear that for me as well. And, several of the neighbors hired Joe to clear some of their tress. I would highly recommend Scapes. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

We couldn't be happier with the large amount of work done in our yard...multiple large trees removed, plus an overall clean up and grooming. Everything looks great! Joe and his team are very professional and take a tremendous amount of pride in their work. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to meet your needs.

I rarely write reviews or offer recommendations but Scapes is an outstanding company. The absolute best tree service company I have ever used. Professional employees, high quality equipment and exceptional attention to detail. We had a large area cleared of damaged trees, brush and honeysuckle. Scapes arrived on time, every day and worked efficiently with great teamwork. They protected surrounding property and completed the job without damage to the driveway or lawn.
I highly, without reservation, recommend Scapes.

We have used this company 3 times for large tree removal and always great job. Professional team that takes great pride in their work. Clean up is exceptional.
Joe had removed the trees and came back today to grind up 3 large stumps and remove debris. It is a perfect job. Roots are gone and ready to plant grass.

Scapes, Inc. removed a very large tree between our yard and the neighbor's yard. They had a large crew that worked efficiently to remove the entire tree and cut up the wood for firewood in one day. They arrived on time and ensured our grass and fencing were not harmed in any way by the heavy equipment. They cleaned up the entire area before leaving, so no sawdust or branches left on the properties. They have all of the needed equipment to complete the job in a day. Everyone was polite and professional. I would definitely hire them again to work on our property.

Joe and his crew did an amazing job on a very difficult project. We had a very large tree in a hard to access backyard that needed removed, and a large oak tree that needed significant trimming. From the start, he was very responsive with communication, assessed the project in a timely manner, and gave a very fair quote. He called me prior to the project twice to update me on the timeline and procedures, which I greatly appreciated! The final product was completed perfectly in a timely manner. I was even impressed with the clean-up. They left my yard looking very neat- not a twig, leaf, or stray wood chip in sight. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future.

HIGHLY recommend Scapes for tree removal. We live on a wooded lot and had a very large dying tree next to our home. The crew was professional, careful and precise. They used a bucket truck, maneuvered through trees, cut our dead tree, dropped the branches in a tight drop zone, removed debris AND did not harm our property in the process. They were on time and made a difficult job look easy. High quality work that left me highly impressed.

We had a great experience with Scapes. Joe provided a hassle free estimate very quickly. They were timely and well priced. They communicated effectively and provided updates during the project. The team took great care not to damage our yard during the tree removal. The clean up process was great - we saw not a single wood chip or stray branch after they left. I highly recommend this company.

Thank you for the excellent job Joe, Jake and "Little" Joe did in removing the trees from my back yard. Your crew was excellent in performing the job, cleaning up the debris and completing all aspects of the job in a timely manner with the highest level of professionalism.

Joe and his team did an excellent job clearing many large trees off our lot and trimming many others. Very knowledgeable, responsive with excellent communications. Joe has a passion for his business and even offered suggestions to improve the project. They went to extra effort to protect and clean up the yard afterward. Our neighbor hired him on the spot after seeing the work on our lot. Highly recommend!

Great service, very responsive, and totally professional, Great team and did everything in the quote. Would highly recommend this company for any tree removal and related services. A++

I had just purchased a house that had a few huge massive trees. They were located too close to the house. A limb from one of the huge trees even fell on my new house during high winds, the first week that we moved in. Scapes Tree Service promptly came out and took care of the limb. I highly recommend their company! They have equipment to get the job done right! I decided to have them cut down the remainder of the huge trees, that were planted at the same time, to prevent anymore trees falling on our house. I also, had them to trim limbs on normal size trees and cut down the small trees that were on fence line of my neighbor. They were very professional and did everything that I asked. I appreciate Joe and his crew!

Joe and the Scapes crew have come out to our property for multiple jobs over the last 5 years. Both he and his team are always prompt and professional. Joe does great work and has always left my property looking better than when he showed up. Even when the job takes multiple days, it’s clean and safe when he leaves each night. His pricing is transparent and fair and I plan to continue to use Joe going forward. Thanks for completely transforming my property Joe!

Have had Joe and Crew come out twice for some tree removal. They did an excellent job and in a timely manner. They go the extra mile to clean up and leave the yard in better condition after the job is complete. Very reasonable and very professional. I would highly recommend this company for your landscaping needs.

Scapes did an excellent job removing debris and cutting down two trees in my backyard after a recent storm. Joe, the company owner, returned my initial call on the day I called and later that day visited my property to access the damage. He carefully explained to me the details of the proposed work. Within three days, his team efficiently performed the agreed upon job and when completed effectively cleaned up the area. I enthusiastically recommend Scapes for any tree trimming or removal project.
