Tree reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

I had a great experience with the tree cutting and stump grinding service received. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the crew was extremely polite and efficient from start to finish. They were able to come out in a timely manner and even came a day early to get a jump start on grinding some of the stumps, which I really appreciated. The pricing was very fair, and the yard was left exactly as requested when they were finished. I will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree or stump work.

Showed up when they said they would. Did professional job at a reasonable rate. High quality, heavy duty equipment (chipper, bob cat, crane, etc.) to do the job right. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional!
This is the third time I've used Rojas Chops Tree Removal Services, and once again, they delivered exceptional results!

They removed 10 tree stumps and 3 large trees from my property with precision and efficiency. The crew was professional, friendly, and showed up right on time. They completed the work faster than expected and left the area spotless — no mess left behind.

Every time I’ve hired them, not only has the service been consistent, reliable, and top-notch, they're also reasonably priced! I wouldn’t trust anyone else for tree removal.

Horrific job Rojas did to my yard. They priced the job then 3 days later tried to charge me 900 dollars. When they did the job thought clean up was also included. They did not mention this till after the mess they left on my property. They said if i wanted it cleaned up I will have to pay them extra. I will never use anyone’s recommendations again. They do not care one bit. They never once said clean up was going to be extra. When they quote you a price clean up should also be included. This stump in my front yard could have been done for 300 to include clean up and back filling. I paid them 325 just for this utterly disaster they left. Cherry tree $85, 2 trees 125 each and stump removal 325. We were told clean up in there price would be included. They didn’t even put down board planks with there equipment so it wouldn’t mess up my yard and left it a disaster zone.

I want to say thanks Jacob for the tree trimming service your company provided your tree trimmers were very professional and thorough they completed the job exactly as I requested and cleared all the debris. So if anyone is looking for a professional tree trimming service Jacob’s Tree Service is the company you’re looking for 👍🏾

I reached out to JTE and they responded quickly. Within two days there was a representative at my house and a verbal quote was given that was more than fair in my frugal mind based on the others I'd already received. We had an agreement signed less than twenty-four hours later and four days after that, the crew was on site. They were safe, complete, and efficient. The guys even had leaf blowers to gather debris and completely clean up where my two trees had been. I did not expect this level of thoroughness from a tree removal company. While I hated to have these trees die, I am thrilled with the results of the removal. I cannot more highly recommend Jacob's for arborist work.

I definitely recommend this company! They did a fantastic job! Words can't explain how happy and relieved I was when I returned home. Thank you so much!

Fantastic price, 100% happy with work, which was scheduled efficiently. I got 3 bids, and theirs was the best AND they were knowledgeable and safety oriented. Had 4 trees removed with stumps grinded, and 2 trees trimmed.

Jacob's Tree experts are just that, experts. They did a fantastic job in a short amount of time and were professional, thorough and cleaned our yard when done. Super affordable. I highly recommend.

I am very happy with the service I received by Jacob’s. They safely and quickly cut down two large trees in my yard and did a fantastic job hauling away all the logs and debris. The cleanup was very thorough. The price was very fair for the job they did.

Our church recently contracted with Jacobs tree Svc. We had a huge oak tree (52 inch diameter) which was dying and two pines needing cut up and removed. Their great price surprised us. Once I notified David they started within 3 days and to my surprise they finished in one day. Very friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again. Thank you guys.

Quick to visit and provide a very reasonable price! Guys were very professional in taking tree down in a quick and safe manner. Overall, great experience and highly recommend!!

Jacob’s Tree Experts were surprisingly responsive on a Sunday morning to my inquiry for a quote to take down two large trees on my property right next to my house in central KY. They provided a very reasonable quote that same day. Their crew arrived at my house the next morning and dropped the two trees without any issues. They were fast, honest, and respectful. I will do business with them again and highly recommend them for others as well.

Great company! Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, reasonable. I feel confident recommending this company and will call on them the next time I need tree service.

The team at Jacobs Tree Service did an outstanding job taking down about 50 foot high tree in my backyard. Looks amazing. Eddie was very professional to work with. I highly recommend this company. Frank O’Toole

They just removed two trees and two stumps for me and did the best job. I think I have seen for this type of service highly recommend. I don’t give out five stars very often but if they had six, they would get it.

We had a smooth and excellent experience with Jacob's Tree Experts. Their pricing was fair and their work ethic was outstanding. We had good communication with their business and they got the job done as promised. Our main tree was a monster that was over our house and in our neighbor's yard, they handled it like pros.... Before and after pics below ... they also cut 2 other smaller trees.

This company did a great job bringing down a very large oak tree with BIG limbs hanging over a garage…..and at a reasonable price. They were able to get the job done in 2 days and with no damage to the garage. I was impressed and would highly recommend using this company. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Thanks for your hard work.
