Tree reviews in Cincinnati, Ohio

We have a weeping cherry tree that was in severe distress. Joshua came out looked the tree over and took a soil sample. The tree was treated and pruned and has returned to full health.
We have also had a maple tree treated and it looks much better already.
I would recommend their services to everyone.

Bartlett Tree experts did a wonderful job on our trees and shrubs. From removing dead limbs, pruning a large tree, cleaning up branches on a huge pine tree, and removing 3 sand cherries. Brian and his crew did exactly what we had talked about, everything was cleaned up, and the guys were very friendly. We had two neighbors already come out to schedule business with them. Highly recommend!

I continue to be very pleased with my decision to hire Bartlett Trees to treat the health of some of my largest trees and I highly recommend them. They are reliable, consistent and of most importance, they have been successful.

Guy came out to our property to look at a failing tree. He was the only one out of 3 companies that didn't immediately say to cut it down. We are treating according to his recommendations. Tree is not "out of the woods", but it has a fighting chance. He is knowledgable and treatment is reasonably priced. So happy we called Bartlett.

Our garden club had a great presentation from Guy Fortner with Bartlett Tree Experts. Guy is a ISA Board Certified Master Arborist and presented a wealth of knowledge about the care of our trees and shrubs, symptoms to watch for in case our trees are sick, awareness of new insects that are invading & damaging our trees/shrubs as well as how to prune. Based on Guy's expertise, I would feel very confident in using Bartlett Tree Experts for future tree health needs.

Bartlett Tree Experts was at our home recently to trim some branches of two trees and remove another tree that had died. The three man crew who came for the service was the best we have ever had on our property. They worked around some constraints with no complaints, completed all of the work even thought the weather was less than ideal, and left our property in perfect condition. Not one scrap of debris was left behind. We were beyond impressed with the service! Thank you Bartlett!

Guy Fortner has been a pleasure to work with. Couldn't recommend Bartlett Tree Experts enough! They are timely, professional, and deliver high quality results.

We have two very large trees in the back yard that needed to be trimmed away from the house, and another large oak tree that needed dead branches removed. Bartlett’s crew are all professional tree climbers. With their expertise and the bucket truck, they were able to trim the offending branches, with no damage to bushes and plantings below. They also shaped the trees so they do not appear to be pruned. They cleaned up every bit of debris. I love the the work they did for me! The three trees look fresh and beautiful again! Bartlett Tree Experts is the only company I trust to work on my trees. All their employees are professional, friendly, and courteous. Bartlett has been servicing our trees and shrubs for over ten years. Thank you, Guy!

Bartlett tree company took down a large river birch in a tight area. The 3man crew did a fantastic job. They were very polite and friendly and did everything I asked and more. I couldn’t ask for better service from guy Fortner or the workers. They were on time and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. We have used them 4 different times over 20 years and have never had a complaint or problem. We highly recommend them .They even stacked the cut wood neatly for my neighbor. Great Job by everyone

Well, i didnt get email since i couldn't access for a while, but these guys did exactly what was conveyed to me. They left absolutely no trace of scraps anywhere. They left only footprints in the snow! I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree servicing. My tree looks awesome! Thank you Bartlett.

Bartlett provided valuable feedback on the health of an 80 year old oak in our front yard. Their arborists inspected old cuts for any possible decay, and trimmed branches that were hanging over our house to keep the tree and our house healthy and beautiful for years to come. The estimator and workers were respectful, easy to communicate with, and friendly. The experience was great and our home looks better and feels safer!

I contacted Bartlett about a huge red oak in our yard that we feared was dying. Guy contacted me the day before coming out to detail what he would do and the possible scenarios. He then promptly called after inspecting our tree and gave me his assessment in a very understandable way. There was no "sales pitch" or sensationalizing of the issue. We have a big tree that is dying, and he gave us straightforward, practical options to deal with it. He answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend him and his business for your tree needs.

We had a great experience with Bartlett Tree Experts. They recently removed a stump from our yard, and the whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. High recommend them for any tree service needs!

I have employed Bartlett Tree Experts for tree pruning and sail reduction. Their service and professionalism is excellent. I found their estimates and recommendations reasonable and very helpful. Also, their work crew was curteous, professional and friendly. Cleanup was complete. Strongly recommend.

Well worth the investment in keeping our many beautiful trees and all our landscaping healthy and green! Appreciate the knowledge of our Bartlett advisor and the team. Our yard, especially its huge Sycamores, Hemlocks and Oaks, is safer due to their care and expertise. Our Bartlett rep, Rick, knows our yard well. The health of our landscape adds such beauty and value to our home!

Rick Towe and his team were very professional, responded promptly to my inquiry, then followed up with tree-trimming service in short order. My redbud has never looked better and the crew thoroughly cleaned up the yard after trimming.

I'd hire them again! Joshua, who did the estimate was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what needed to be done. The work crew showed up on time and were pleasant, efficient and cleaned up the yard when they were done. Everything looks great! Highly recommend.

We had a quick and efficient stump removal in our front yard. Brian was personable and did a great job. We would recommend using Bartlett for any landscaping needs.

My 30 year old boxwood bush went from gorgeous to leafless in about a week due to the moth crisis this summer. Bartlett tree service came out and sprayed it twice, reassuring me that it would recover. Recover, it did! It’s back to having lush green leaves and looking healthy. Thanks Guy!

Reached out to Bartlett to have some work done (tree removed, stump grinding, tree trimming), and met with Guy, who is knowledgeable and great to work with. The team that was sent out to do the work was great, very friendly, consulted with me every step to make sure I was happy with the results. All for a reasonable if not great price. I will absolutely use them again in the future for any work I need done.

Wow what a great company. Had Guy and his crew come out quoted us a price set an appointment removed our trees was super professional did an amazing job and cleaned everything up. Job was not easy it was over our pool and a fence along with a shed and they did amazing. Highly recommend.
