All reviews for Scapes Tree Service

Have had Joe and Crew come out twice for some tree removal. They did an excellent job and in a timely manner. They go the extra mile to clean up and leave the yard in better condition after the job is complete. Very reasonable and very professional. I would highly recommend this company for your landscaping needs.

Scapes did an excellent job removing debris and cutting down two trees in my backyard after a recent storm. Joe, the company owner, returned my initial call on the day I called and later that day visited my property to access the damage. He carefully explained to me the details of the proposed work. Within three days, his team efficiently performed the agreed upon job and when completed effectively cleaned up the area. I enthusiastically recommend Scapes for any tree trimming or removal project.

We are so pleased with the great work done by Joe and Crew! Trimming up trees, taking down dead trees and going the extra mile throughout the whole job.
From start to clean up thanks so much for all your professional services.

Had a great experience. I highly recommend their tree removal services. Had a very old, large, silver maple tree on the property line removed. It was huge, hanging over several structures, including a privacy fence. Hated to remove it but it become worrisome. They removed it fast, without damaging the structures, and cleaned up even the leaves. Fantastic work and the price was reasonable too. I shopped around and was shocked at the quotes we received from other companies. This worked out great and they even processed the wood for us.

Had a great experience with Scapes, came out in a very timely manner for a dying or already dead large Maple tree. With a very small lot and power lines on all sides plus being close to the house, had zero issues. Roots growing into sewer system. They did an excellent and thorough job removing the tree and grinding out the stump, even went the extra distance on some other roots in the yard where I thought the problem with the sewer was. Great deal on pricing, would highly recommend! Very professional about the business as well.

Great work by Joe and his team. They removed at least seven trees and about 11 stumps. Joe suggested items that we hadn't thought of that would improve the health of the trees. The trimmed trees look more airy and balanced, and were trimmed away from the house. He also referred us to a pest control person to remove the hornet nest he discovered, and a fence person to fix our gate problem. All in all, a great experience!

This company pruned my neighbor's 60 year old oak tree today. It was lush and beautiful before they went to work. One afternoon later and it looks like a 5 year old's drawing of a stick tree. Any arborist worth his salt would know not to remove more than 25% of a mature tree's canopy. At least 50% of the foliage was removed and in a severe drought, no less. Not only will the tree be stressed from the drastic pruning, it will now be more susceptible to disease and insects.

I see that most of the positive reviews are from people who had entire trees removed. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you need educated and beneficial pruning of a tree.

Scape needed to come on my property to access a tree removal that was not on my property. During the removal process, they damaged my fence and the gate of my fence and never properly fixed it. I wasn’t even getting the tree removed and yet they damaged my property and never actually fixed it. Do not use them!
