Our Technician, Dylan, was a Superstar! Before he started his inspection he told me each he was going to perform. He told he would keep me informed of his progress, and he did. When his work was done he went through what the inspection revealed and what he did to service our furnace. I was so impressed at his kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Thank you Dylan.

We recently used Accurate for the install of a new furnace in our home. I’d first like to say that we have not had to purchase a new system for 19 years and I credit Accurate for that to begin with. Our previous system was installed by Accurate and we purchased the annual service plan throughout the life of it. Having someone check on the system each year and make the small repairs needed as time went made our system last much longer than it would have otherwise. For a small fee each year, we had peace of mind that a professional would be making sure our furnace was running safe. It was one of two fellows who came so saw the same faces and that was nice. Regarding our current system, it of course broke down on one of the extreme cold days of the year, near Christmas and of course everything is more complicated now because of Covid. Well, not with Accurate. There was no excuse about delays due to Covid or that they were backed up with the bad weather or Holiday. It was late when we called Accurate to begin with, after hours...they were willing to come that night to see what was going on. We had already set settled in at our daughter’s house for the evening because of the cold weather, so we opted for the next day. We made a next day 8:00am appt and Accurate was there waiting on us when we arrived back at home to let them in. We are an elderly couple, living alone in the country. It means a lot to us to deal with a company that we know will be there when we call and sends trustworthy people, pandemic or not. We did need a new furnace installed, but we were anticipating that was going to be needed at some point in the near future given how old our system was. They had never tried to proactively sell us a new furnace while doing any of the annual checks the past two decades. It was always whatever was needed at the time. Well, the new system was installed and there was no mess to clean up from any of their work. Polite workers who just got it done for us. We would highly recommend Accurate to anyone needing services!

We had Accurate put in Mitsubishi mini splits 6 years ago after looking at many options and many different companies.

It has been a pleasure dealing with this company and with Mike Paul in particular. He to this day always responds promptly and takes all the time needed to answer questions. He follows up on the smallest details and treats everyone with respect. Added to this is a spirit of good humor.

The Mitsubishi units have performed flawlessly.

Mike Paul gave me a quote and an install date for a new furnace and a/c unit.He told me what time the guys would arrive and what time they would finish.The guys arrived a few minutes before and finished a few minutes before the times Mike stated. They worked like a well oiled machine; no breaks or lunch. That was five months ago and because they installed top quality equipment I've enjoyed both units and also seen a reduction in my utility bills. Accurate will be the company that I recommend for heating and cooling.

The valve on our water furnace had broken and we were forced to turn it off in the middle of a winter storm. As we started calling repair shops we were told that the original valve was on backorder for several months and we would have to use emergency heat while we waited. The folks at Accurate thought out of the box and working with the manufacturer found a substitute part. Their fast, professional actions got our furnace up and running in just a couple of days. We will definitely call them the next time we need help.

We had to have our heating system replaced and was very pleased with the service we received and the install went well they were prompt, efficient and tidy. Thanks to Blake and Nick for the job well done and to Mike for the way he handled the job. I will recommend them to family and friends in need.

Today 10/19/2022 I had my gas furnace replaced. I have nothing but praises to give Accurate for their professionalism, as well as the two gentlemen Chris and his co worker they sent to the house to replace the furnace.

They were facing a pretty daunting task removing a 28 year old gas furnace that was in a very narrow attic. Having said that, they knocked it out of the park. Not only did they get it done, but went a step above and beyond the call of duty. ( I will not go into details of what they did, because every situation is different and I do not want people expecting what they did for me to happen to them. I believe my situation was just a fluke ) but these two guys, seen the situation and got right on the phone to recommend to Accurate what needed to be done, Accurate Stepped up to the plate, and again went above and beyond the call of duty in addressing the issue. When stated by Chris what they were proposing, I had to step back and really process what was happening, not out of worry or concern, but out of humbling myself that a company would go above and beyond to do this for the general consumer. I really had a humbling moment in their words as well as actions, It gave me, someone who is a bit of a pessimist about companies and their business practices a little bit of hope.

Chris and his co worker, were in every sense of the word, professional, easy to talk to, and very down to earth. As someone who struggles with believing in people, more so companies, I would highly recommend Accurate Heating and Cooling for hvac work, Those guys have earned not only my respect, but also, a huge recommendation from me.

To Chris and the guy that was out here with him, ( didn't catch your name ) I applaud you two for doing what you did, You two have a bright future ahead of you, and you should be proud of yourselves that you did not compromise nor take short cuts to get the job done.

I have just had one of the best service call experiences I have ever had. Elizabeth handled scheduling. Jessie was my service technician. I called at 11:45. Elizabeth handled my call expertly.. Jessie called me back at 1:00 and said he was on his way. By 2:00 my air was repaired. Seldom have I had that kind of on time, expert service from any company. Well done!

I went with them, and the new heat pump system is working great!

The install technicians did a very professional and high quality installation. They cleaned up and hauled everything away.
