Our Technician, Dylan, was a Superstar! Before he started his inspection he told me each he was going to perform. He told he would keep me informed of his progress, and he did. When his work was done he went through what the inspection revealed and what he did to service our furnace. I was so impressed at his kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Thank you Dylan.

260 dollars to replace a heating element and they said the old one looked fine they wasnt sure what fixed the problem, spent most there time reading the manual on the heater then charged me like I'm responsible for the on the job training.
I asked for a detailed bill and they won't do that but they obviously charged me for 2 hours labor even though they was here for under a hour
