Hot July day. At 1pm realized our A/C was blowing warm air. Called for service at 2pm. Technician arrived at 4pm. A/C repaired and blowing cold air again by 5pm. Very impressed with this service. Will definitely use again & recommend to others. 👍👍

Eddie was the technician - very friendly and considerate. Thoroughly checked everything out. Explained what he found. So far, so good...ready for summer!

Randal showed up to remedy and issue with my elderly mother-in-law’s furnace on a cold Saturday in Fall! He diagnosed the problem and the house was quick to warm up!
I highly recommend and will definitely use their service again!!!

This was a great install, done by some quality people. They even came back afterward a few times to help tweak some aspects of the install afterward at no cost to me, just to make sure it was done right. I really appreciate the time and effort they out into making my home comfortable to live in.

The technician Dallas did a great job. He diagnosed our iss with the heat pump and corrected it. Dallas is a real asset to your company

The office called early to let me know the service tech might be late because of the project he was working. The tech called about 30 mins before arrival and arrived within the original time window I was given. He was able to diagnose and fix our issue in less than an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable! 10/10 stars, will call again for future issues.

Service tech was Josh, he did an excellent job fixing my issue. He also showed me a few cleaning techniques. Josh was on site for an hour and a half taking his time and being thorough, to make sure no other problems would arise after him leaving. Would definitely recommend Josh and his team to anyone who is having AC, Furnace, hot water tank or electrical issues.

Very professional and thorough took his time to explain things. Would recommend five star for your HVAC needs.

On the morning of the day 5 Star was supposed to be here, they were about 15 to 20 minutes in advance. They had a 2 man team and removed my old furnace and installed the new furnace, all in 6 hours. One of their men walked me through all the maintenance that I am supposed to do. I have 0 complaints about 5 Star. I am so glad that I choose 5 Star to do this work. THANK YOU 5 STAR, for the well mannered and well trained staff you had to replace my old furnace and install a new furnace.

These guys are great! Bought a new Carrier AC/heat pump, everything went perfectly.
Very knowledgeable, courteous, and treat your home as if it were theirs. Very careful with installation, cleaned up after themselves. Explained how it all worked and made sure I had a good understanding as well. Wish all businesses ran like this one. I would have given more stars but 5 was the limit but easily a 10 star company. Randall set everything up (great guy) then Bryan and Ryan showed up on time and all went as promised. Great job guys!

My wife and I were babysitting our one year old granddaughter overnight and the temp was dipping to 31 degrees. Our furnace goes out and it was difficult finding anyone to come out on a Saturday evening. Thank goodness for Circleville H & C. They had my furnace back running Monday morning.

The receptionist was very professional on both occasions that I spoke to her and both technicians that worked on my furnace was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Had new furnace installed. Jerrick and Cameron could not have been nicer. They were very efficient. They put down tarps to protect my floors. I would recommend this company 100%

I was very pleased with the service I got from Eric Down. He fixed the problem very fast and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He was very honest and would be more then happy to use Five star home service again. Would be even happier if Eric Doan was my service tech the next time

They said they would come between 12-4 I requested they come before 4 as much as possible so we could go to church. They called about 3:15 and stated it would be closer to the 4 would I like to reschedule, I got the idea then that they would be late if they showed at all. I was correct, at 6 pm I got a call that the man would still come if I wanted him to but they could do it over the phone. They then made a small job so expensive that they knew I wouldn’t have it done. It’s sad that companies are so busy right now that they feel small jobs are above them. One day, they may need these small jobs.

editing my review - well it’s snowing outside and my furnace has yet to kick on since the tech left after a routine quarterly maintenance call… i call to raise the flag and a very perky girl on the other end tells me there is nothing that can be done till sometime tomorrow. I don’t know what has me worked up more- it worked fine until the quarterly “maintenance” visit or the perky girl who seems oblivious to the reality that because of something the tech did or didn’t return to service i have no heat and it’s snowing outside. -but she offered to escalate my concerns… isn’t that lovely.

They didn’t even work on it they had another company do it and the other company charged me 16.50 cut my wire and said they replaced the wire what a joke

I waited all day just for them to be a no show! I understand things happen. That’s why I called to check on them. I was left on hold for ten minutes for the man to say…I’m sorry, after looking into this I don’t have any reason why we were a no show. Would you like to reschedule? Nope!

They were able to get a tech out same day, which was a pretty good start. The tech checked my outside unit, which had a known leak, and said that the amount of work needed would be over $1300.... To drain the system of refrigerant, resolder a poorly soldered joint, and fill it again. No bad compressor... No new unit... One solder joint. $1300. I'm good.

Just for clarity, the tech was fine. The prices... not so much.

Well I called this company, but apparently they contract out because I had Affordable Air show up. The appointment time was 12-4, but showed up after 5. He stated that at first the part would be in and repair would be able to be done the next day. After he went to his vehicle to come up with the cost of repair he back tracked on that statement. The prices he gave was ridiculous. Prices ranged from $1173-$3049 for an inducer motor on my furnace. I still have the picture I took from his Ipad. You're charged automatically a $99 service fee. I contacted a true local company and was able to get my furnace fixed for less than $600. Be cautious contacting this company.
