They did not show up for an appointment or call to notify me. Very rude when I called them to find out why they didn't show up so I did not reschedule.

I wouldn't be interested in doing further business with this company. Technician seemed competent, but the administrative errors in billing and contracts make doing business with them unreliable and unreasonable. The office staff was rude and apathetic.

Hurst Pack did a wonderful job taking care of my Mother 's furnace. They came right away and was very reasonable charge.Highly recommend them.

They scheduled us with next day service, wasn't a emergency. Prompt,polite and didn't try any of the tricks and upcharges. I will definitely stick with them for my hvac needs.

Called to see if they descaled tankless hot water heaters. They did not but they were nice enough to recommend Flowmaster another company who did. That is greatly appreciated and I will remember them when I require HVAC service.

I'll only call Stephen Hurst Pack!! I had no heat and Bryndan found that it was my inducer motor needing to be replaced. He checked to see if they had in stock, but unfortunately they needed to order. Bryndan ensured me that they would have it in the day and be able to install it for me. When I contacted the office and spoke with Becky and Cathy they were very helpful, friendly, and professional. When I spoke with Becky to get an estimate she was honest and gave me options that were beneficial for me. I really appreciate them all at Stephen Hurst Pack!!

We've been customers of Hurst Pack for about 30 years and have purchased all of our heating from them for two different residences. Hurst Pack heating and cooling listen to what equipment you want and they make sure you get what you're asking for. That was important to us because others came to do an estimate and just basically told us what they would do. Stephen listens and will make suggestions then he gives you options in writing with prices. They showed up on the appointment time and day, installed our new furnace and ac, they had to make some modifications to some things as well. Equipment is just purring away! Perfect!

I have not used them personally, but I had an encounter today with one of their technicians and he was the absolute rudest person I have ever met. They were working on the AC of the apartment above mine and chose to connect their hose to my outside water spigot. I asked the technician how long he would be as my son was showering and with the hose connected it greatly reduced our water pressure. He snapped back at me ‘well I need water and that’s the only connection!’ Well that didn’t answer my question. I replied okay, but that’s my water, it reduces our water pressure… ‘okay, take it up with your landlord! They hired me to do a job and I’m doing it!’ Never once told me how long he would be. I just wanted to know before my son was unable to wash shampoo from his hair as this rude man was using MY water. I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone providing a service like this. Don’t know his name but he had curly hair in a man bun and a horrible attitude! I hope this message reaches his employer so they know what kind of image their employees are portraying of their company.

Adam came out to service our Lennox furnace and was so great. These is an honest business and we are fortunate to have them in Circleville!

A few weeks back our air conditioning unit went out.

I called Stephen Hurst Pack’s office and talked to Becky who was beyond helpful. She got me on the schedule fairly quickly.

Steve came out and gave me an estimate. Within a few days Steve was here installing the unit outside and the handler in the attic. Steve worked for almost 3 days, at one point it was over 120 degrees in the attic. Regardless of the heat, Steve was able to get the new unit installed.

Their customer service is second to none and we are beyond appreciative of their hard work and getting our house cooled down!

Highly recommended!!!
