The starting process with landscape management group was very good. Chad, Kim and Trevin were excellent and very helpful.
Once the process started it took much longer than needed due to incorrect/incomplete permits, and persistent lack of communication between LMG team and subcontractors. Lack of communication between LMG and me was an issue as well. After reaching out to the management team (Chad) on several occasions the issues were resolved and the project completed.
We are happy with the final product, but the process was plagued by communication issues.
