Reasonably priced. Came out within a day of calling and both trees were down the day after that. Highly Recommended

I got a recommendation from my neighbor and called Giffen’s. They called back, came & quoted a price within minutes! I gave the approval and they came and took out the redbud tree that was split, as well as branches from our neighbor’s pine tree that were hanging over our fence. Everything cleaned up and stump ground out. GREAT customer service and from call to completion, all in one day!!

Reached out to them on FB marketplace. Was told the wood was seasoned hardwood. I’ve been trying to burn it for two weeks hoping maybe it was just part of it. The wood boils and bubbles out of the ends. I could smell the smell of fresh cut wood when it arrived and I should have known.

Not sure about their tree service but I’d think twice about buying fire wood for a wood burning stove.

I had a tree branch fall in the yard one weekend and they happened to be doing some work nearby. Rick was willing too cut and remove the branch for a pretty good price but we worked out a better deal to remove the whole tree and some other trouble ones.

My yard is TRANSFORMED!!! Since then we had our fence replaced and we're clearing out the yard to actually use the space. However, this would NOT have been possible without this team.

I had a large Maple very close to my house that needed removed. They removed the tree and ground the stump and trimmed the branches on the tree beside it. They worked very fast and were very careful. The crew was very professional and polite! They cleaned up nicely with no damage to my yard. When they left it was as though they were never there. I highly recommend them!

Very prompt and respectful to my property. They asked permission to drive in my yard. So fast! They had 6 trees downed and stumps removed in hours. Cleaned up everything by raking the yard. Very nice crew and professional job. Highly recommend.

I have had on two occasions great service from this company however the last one has fallen into what people think is okay, a no call no shows. I gave him two messages/reminders in 3 weeks time. (Plus another 6 months prior) my last message was that I was happy with prior service but of late it was a challenge to do business. Kevin assured me had been busy and also slipped his mind. So that morning he assured me that he would stop that night or the following at the latest.

That evening he promptly forgot a prior family birthday, no problem, he will definitely be here the next evening. That evening I reached out just to confirm we were still meeting. 30 minutes later he responded and stated he was in the other side of town just leaving and it would be later than expected, no problem I would be waiting. 2 HOURS LATER he stated he was still fighting traffic but still coming. By now it is 9:30 AT NIGHT WITH NO UPDATES.

I later sent a text after I was GHOSTED and I stated to him that I had HOPED HE WOULD IF KEPT HIS WORD but was doubtful. I stated while I believe he is a nice person he is a LOUSY BUSINESSMAN. He lacks consistency and follow through . Best of luck if you choose him because you will have to babysit the appointment reminders to him so he can forget and ghost you.

The crew was friendly, professional and efficient. They did exactly was I asked them to do and cleaned everything up and hauled it away. I felt like the cost was fair as well. Very pleased with this company! Will definitely hire them again if I need anymore work done.

The team arrived promptly and did a terrific job trimming several trees and hedges. Extremely warm day, but they were very friendly and continued to smile the whole time! Did a great job cleaning up too! I will definitely use their service again!

Excellent job, and professional work. The crew showed up on time and took the time to review how we wanted the many older bushes trimmed around the home. The men were artists! They did exceptional work and the bushes that were over grown are now back to beautiful. The clean up was incredible and they really cared how things looked for us when they were done.

I wouldn't recommend this place to rake your leaves. After needing to repair our fence TWICE, they moved our children's swingset back to its original position however they NEGLECTED to put the stakes back in place (of course they never said anything to us before moving it, that was just a decision they made on their own) which resulted for the set to be blown over in a storm and SHATTERED into pieces. Now we can't get anyone to answer our calls (calls made way before 6pm) or return our calls from voice-mail or text messages being sent. DO NOT USE THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT! We were told not to worry they had insurance but now they are dodging calls, seems like reason to worry.

Came bye, gave me a great price. Ground down the roots and hauled off a large stump, that a previous tree service refused to cut down. Would recommend them, if you need stump removal and grinding.
