Constraction reviews in Cleveland Heights, Ohio

they cheat you out your money, over priced, unprofessional

Hardworking genuinely good people making the heights a beautiful place to live!

Ask for Dave; Marco & Mike! Thanks!!

ase came to my home did a great job left my home cleaner then it was before he came great job keep up the great work

I would not recommend this God awful business (if you can even call it that) to my WORST enemy. Terribly service, manners, craftsmanship. Mike, Dave, and the rest of the crew. Do not support this company!

The workers did a fine job. It took a month for two sides of my home to get painted and the workers came back and forth to get equipment to work on other jobs!

Good experience working with them. Had some violation work that I needed done. They took care of all of it, including scheduling the appointment. Little pricy, but it was worth getting the city off my back.

Terrible, terrible experience. Not reliable. They left parts of frontal siding unpainted. After a second call they returned and finished on some of them, but still did not complete the job. I gave up. Later, after bees invaded the sides of the wood, I made a third call. They came back out and were quite nasty, indicating that it was somehow my fault???

We rented a house from October to December 2017 and the experience was great. Lindsey and staff were professional and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

My family and business--Mister Brisket, Inc.--have used Reilly for years and have always had good experiences. Reilly workers are reliable and competent as well as friendly and considerate. Reilly is never the cheapest but you get what you pay for and with Reilly you get quality service.

I found the Reilly team to be very helpful and responsive during my search for a rental home. They made sure to address all my questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

Paid for gutter cleaning for gutters that were 2 years old, . Saw evidence of a repair we asked for but not the cleaning. 2 weeks later same problem had to pay for a revisit. Second visit we were home. No one knocked or announced themselves said the work was done. After this last heavy rain I still have a blocked gutter. I have no idea how they flushed the gutter without any one hearing them on the visit. I paid in good faith but I am not satisfied !

They did a very good job preparing our home in Shaker Heights for sale. They were very professional and did the work in a timely fashion. David Singh was particularly helpful. He was always available and even met with the housing inspectors for us. We will use them again.

Dave and everyone at Reilly Painting were absolute professionals. They assisted us through a difficult situation navigating insurances, other contractors at the property next door, challenging work conditions, and ultimately came up with a plan that got the job done on time and on budget. I highly recommend Reilly Painting & Contracting. They will take care of you.

Talk about thorough and getting the best service for your money!!! Not only did Eric and his workers paint the front of my house, but also painted rooms inside, trimmed tree branches, cleaned up brush piles, and landscaped around my home. Reilly Painting and Contracting was a "one stop shop" where everything was tastefully and professionally completed!!!!

I had them do both interior and exterior work. The exterior work included reglazing and painting old windows. The glazing was mediocre, the painting was okay. They didn't spend much time washing the windows prior to the work. They were supposed to paint an exterior storm door the color of the windows. Instead they painted it the same color as the stoop which they also painted. When I brought it to their attention they gave me $75 off instead of painting it properly. Inside, same thing, little wall prep before painting then just one coat. I pointed out problems with the paint not covering the underlying color. They addressed it by spot painting where there were issues. They did do a nice job hanging a new front door storm door. Overall my wife and I felt we painted as well, or better, than they did. Certainly not as sloppy, but they were fast.

We are delighted! Exceptional quality and service with very professional and knowledgeable job supervisor and team. They completed a large painting and repair project quietly and efficiently. We barely knew they were here. Friendly and genuinely nice people. Our house looks great!

My roommate and I have been renting from RPC since late May and have had a great experience so far! The house was exactly what we were looking for and we were able to move in quickly. The house is in great shape and whenever we have needed repairs done, they are done quickly and efficiently- often the same day. Everyone in the office seems very friendly and knowledgable as well. I would definitely recommend renting from Reilly Painting and Contracting!

Reilly did several jobs for us, large and small, over the summer on our condominium in a 1918 Cleveland Heights building. These included drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and electrical work. The biggest job was ripping out the rotted flooring and joists on our porch, and installing new Trex flooring. They were very good about keeping us informed about the projects along the way by phone and email. They cleaned up every day, gave us suggestions to save money, and the work completed is beautiful. While I was not personally present while they were working, our landscaper and others were and told me that they were working hard the whole time they were here, not slacking or wasting time. The price was reasonable and well worth it for the final result. I have recommended them to the condo association for some other jobs and will plan to use them again in the future.

I have been a customer of Reilly Painting and Contracting for many years. I have always found the employees to be helpful, friendly, and extremely competent. I have had painting done, outside and inside, window washing, and gutter cleaning. The work they've done has always been to my satisfaction and I appreciate their excellent cleanup. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation.

I recently rented a property from Reilly Properties and was thrilled by the ease of the renting process. The house in Cleveland Heights was very cozy and clean, and was located in a fabulous neighborhood close to University Circle, which is where I work. When I needed something fixed, they were very accommodating and repaired any damages in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using Reilly Properties if you are searching for a rental property and want a skilled, professional landlord.
