Derek did an excellent job at my home today. I needed a new water heater installed which he did after thorough explanation and then did the labor with ease. I had hot water in 4 short hours after my initial appointment to assess the problem. Each member of this company that came by was extremely respectful, professional in appearance and mannerisms and comfortable to deal with. I will be booking soon for my boiler inspection! Thank you! BTW the staff member that booked the same day appointment was extremely kind and empathetic.

Great communication, fast responses! Compassionate customer service. We had a steam heat boiler removed and replaced the week of Christmas and it went off without a hitch. The only reason I have them 4 stars is because coat was $13000!

Zero Stars - Better Business Bureau Complaint filed. Bought a new Bryant 110k BTU furnace and A/C system. It failed in the first week. They were great at selling and quick to take payment, but now, no one can seem to solve the problem. Called them at 9:44am on Friday and it’s 9:44am on Monday and I’m still waiting for help. No one answers the phone and my Project Manager, Tim Posey is MIA. Huge disappointment of an experience in Shaker Heights.
