I’ve had them to my home multiple times (very old house), very friendly, quick to respond, respect for my property, Supervisors come and check out the employees work and you’re good to go. One of the worst days ever turned into a nice one due to the kindness of Corey and Jonathan. I will never use any other company for my plumbing issues. We had a large backup in our lower level, called Roto Rooter and they were able to have someone at the house in hours. Corey was the first man on the job, he was so knowledgeable and kind. Mind you my house is tore up because we had to move everything from the flooded area, and to top it off we had some construction going on.

Corey came in, explained everything and got right to work. Unfortunately we needed Jonathan with the heavy duty equipment. He was dispatched and came out within a few hours. Honestly he worked so hard for so long to get the cap that was stuck in the line out, I was so impressed. The weather turned rainy and cold and he never complained. He could have gave up but he didn’t. He just pushed through the weather and finally cleared the cap and just like that we were back to normal! I can’t thank them enough for what they did and how kind and professional they both were! Again I will NEVER use any other company! Those men deserve a raise! Thanks guys for everything!

Made the appointment 2days in advance still showed up 3 hrs later. Tech on site was very friendly and very professional explained what he was doing and what he found. Had another tech come by and shoved a camera down the pipes which showed a collapse at the city side of the street. Still waiting to receive the report to call the city so they can come by and fix it on there end. City won't come out unless I have the proof which is more of a pain than I would like to admit. Have called and it's been over a week and a half and still no word. Will keep trying but the service was good

I was having issues with my water tank pilot not coming on, my technician Matt gave me all my options, best and worst case scenarios. Was well informed and gave me helpful tips for the future. He also advised of the pro+ plan which would cost me the exact same amount for getting my tank working properly.

Matt O was incredible. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything to me. We recently had a different company come out to do plumbing work, and they did not do the job properly. Matt came and corrected the issue, and helped us create a plan to prevent further issues. He was very thorough and extremely professional. We will definitely be requesting him from now on for any future pluming work we need done. 10/10 would recommend.

Nick was out at my house within 30 minutes after placing a call out to Roto-Rooter. Nick was very informative, personable and even snaked the drain twice just to make sure everything was cleared out. He also cleaned off the drain trap when he didn’t have to! Made sure water was successfully draining before leaving. He was amazing! 10/10 recommend him for all plumbing needs!! Same day prompt service. The new kitchen faucet is dripping a little and needs tightening. The whole thing turns from the base when going from hot to cold water. I have to call them to have someone come back to fix.

The guy was very nice and very patient alittle pushy but other than that he did a good job. very over priced

The technician arrived quickly, and was able to open up part of the root blockage right away. The technician with the camera also arrived soon after he left. Unfortunately this is a very old property and the ceramic pipe is cracked and broken in several spots and will need to be replaced. Both men were very professional and friendly.
