Harold, Mr. Megawatts himself, found a simple solution to a problem that I thought was complex. He went above and beyond, and he now has a loyal customer in me.

Harold was very focused on diagnosing, and repairing my issue with my ceiling lights in my basement family room. He worked diligently step by step until he was able to determine the issue was a faulty, not properly connected on/off switch. The complete job took less than an hour from start to finish! He even changed the fluorescent tubes for me! I now have bright lights! THANK YOU HAROLD!

I’ve reached out to this company 3 consecutive days for an electrical problem at a commercial property. I was promised someone would come out to the property and no one ever showed... for 3 consecutive days! If this is the their response to commercial customers I can only imagine what it’s like for residential! Don’t even bother trying to contact this place!!!!
