I have been here a few times: several to the gardening area. It has all the things you'd expect from your average Home Depot. On the other hand, it is just that your usual Home Depot.

I got two beautiful houseplants a philodendron Birkin which is not a plant usually found in a Home Depot and a really cute spider . I was pleasantly surprised really .

According to google the time the garden center at home Depot opens at 6am for the steelyard Commons store. (Updated by store 11days ago)...
I'm sitting here at 825am and it's all closed/locked up?

I ran across a young man named Jonathan who was in lawn and garden when I was actually trying to find blinds, he was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of his way to help find the department I was looking for and answered a few other questions along the way, this was the store on Brookpark Rd in Parma

less of a great time, consumers walking around without masks & a cart pusher in a green shirt yelling in the parking lot on 10-25-20 in the afternoon causing scenes & yelling "f" profanities while we walked in & out of the store with our 6yr old. not cool.

Go to a real garden center where they pot the plants in the correct type of soil and won't send you home with something diseased.

I spoke with the polite receptionist to schedule an estimate for my tree in the front yard she mentioned that someone would come out to estimate this weekend. However, the next morning, I had two missed phone calls from natures tree worker stating my tree wasn’t marked. I called the worker back and he was very rude and unprofessional. I asked them why did they stop by today since I wasn’t expecting them until the weekend. He yelled that it was based on his schedule not mine and how I should’ve been ready. I asked him if he often talk to his customers this way. He just scoffed and said he doesn’t have all day. Mind you, I wasn’t told ahead of time of his arrival he just showed up at my house without any prior notice. Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and rude behavior. I will never recommend this tree service to anyone in my neighborhood.

Sad I have to do a review on a service I didn't receive. Yesterday they did a tree next door at my neighbors house in Cleveland Heights. In the process they cut a limb that knocked out the power lines to several houses for 3-4hrs. They didn't even apologize cut the tree down and left me with the debris to clean in my yard! Then left a power line sagging in my backyard 5ft above the ground. After they were done they didn't even say they were finished or informed any of the residents they just left and we had to figure it out on our own. Which included having to call First Energy to fix their mistake.

These guys are the best, the tree was huge,state of the art equipment and fast and friendly service, had a fence in the way and helped me take it down and put it back up at no cost, very affordable, 700 below my lowest estimate, and very professional, will definitely use again.

I had a tree removed and branches trimmed and a stump grinder used to grind an old stump. Prices are more reasonable with this company and they work well with customers as they work through with you what needs to be done. They clean up well and come highly recommended. They take a personal interest in you and your tree needs.

Fantastic work by Seth and his crew.
They competed the task efficiently and had the right equipment to do it quickly while staying safe and avoiding damage to structures like my garage, fence, landscaping, etc.
I learned about Nature’s Beauty when they were recommended by many folks on the NextDoor app.
These guys are very responsive, but sort of operate at their own tempo. I didn’t have any influence over when they showed up to check out the trees for the quote or what day they arrived for the job- this might annoy those folks who want to control the timing of things.
I wanted a giant, dying tree removed before the next heavy snow. I got the quote right away and the tree was gone within 2 weeks of my inquiry.

Very professional and timely. I called him and he came out the same day and completed the work ASAP. Also trimmed my other tree for no charge!! We hired NBTS to remove a large tree at my in-laws house. They came when they were scheduled to come, did a great job and they were very pleasant. We also hired them to come to my house and get rid of dead branches on my tree in front of my house and clean up the overgrowth in our backyard. Very happy with all the service.

Very pleased with Nature's Beauty Tree Service. They pruned a couple of trees that were hanging over our roof and got the job as promised. Professional, competitive prices and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!
