Kitchen Remodeler reviews in Cleveland, Ohio

We recently decided to completely renovate our kitchen and build a custom wet bar. We met with multiple companies and did extensive research to ensure we found a reliable and trustworthy company. Thankfully, we went with SemBro Design! From start to finish, our experience with this kitchen renovation and custom wet bar project was nothing short of exceptional. The team demonstrated a perfect blend of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. Every aspect of the design was thoughtfully executed, and the craftsmanship is top-tier. Working with the design team to see virtual renderings of the kitchen helped guide us down the right path. We truly couldn’t be happier. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you SemBro, you guys are the best, we are grateful!

We are very pleased with the attention we received and the work completed with SemBro! After receiving estimates from a few different companies for our kitchen renovation project, we went with SemBro for the one-stop-shop ease of choosing materials and the inclusion of design services (10 hours with Ashley were included), plus their prompt communication and scheduling abilities (Yuriy was very organized and timely). We also chose them for the benefit of having one project manager to communicate with, rather than several different contractors. During the project, when we ran into complications, our project manager, Yaroslav, worked quickly to address them and provide options without pushback and hidden costs. The finished cabinets, countertops, lighting, and flooring all look beautiful and professional! We will definitely use SemBro again for future renovation projects!

We were thrilled with our kitchen and bath remodels! SemBro did an outstanding job, from design through build-out. Pasha, Paul, and Mariya were all great with responsiveness and quality of work. We were so impressed with their work that we added another bathroom to project scope, and they were able to accommodate seamlessly. Kudos to SemBro for dealing with all the quirks and curveballs with our 102-year old home! Would highly recommend!!

Sembro Design did an AMAZING job remodeling my kitchen and front entry way to include the floors. Ivan has phenomenal talent completing my kitchen all by himself - A++. Danny is an awesome Project Manager. Very professional and knowledgeable. He has a great personality and he cares about the customer and the work. I love my kitchen! Thank you guys for a job well done!

I can’t say enough about Sembro! The whole team was amazing. They were hard working, great communication and they cleaned up the space every single day. Job was finished early! I love my new kitchen. 100% I recommend Sembro.

We are super happy with our new kitchen cabinets! The quality is outstanding—solid, durable, and beautifully crafted. The team did an amazing job with the installation, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We highly recommend Sembro to friends and family! Thank you for the great work!

So many positive things to say about this company! First off, the showroom itself blew me away and it wasn't even fully complete yet. Over 10 kitchens alone, including several bathroom setups and many flooring options. Second, they came out to my house to measure my kitchen and were knowledgeable about what I would need and honest about cost. Great company to work with overall and I would definitely recommend going to them for your kitchen/bathroom remodel.

We hired SemBro for our kitchen remodel and they exceeded our expectations. The SemBro teams experience provided great design options which we implemented. From the first day on the job until the final billing the communication was outstanding, the project was completed within 30 days, the workers were on time every day and the project was completed at the the quoted numbers. The process that Sembro utilizes, the craftmanship and the overall value make it easy to recommend the team at Sembro.

Thanks to Yuriy, Pasha and Petr for a job well done.

We are beyond happy with our kitchen remodel by Sembro! Everything turned out amazing. From designing the space to the finishing touches everything was great. Everyone who came to work in our home was respectful and really hard workers. People stayed late to get things completed and they worked quick. Our few concerns were addressed right away and taken care of immediately. I would recommend Sembro to anyone looking to complete a remodel.

Extremely Professional in all aspects of this total bathroom remodel. Workers were polite and very skilled.

From the moment I stepped into their showroom I was hooked. Such a beautiful setup and it gives you a chance to see items in a real way. They were very professional and Mariya, Paul and Dan were all so helpful. I would change my mind, but they were very patient. They installers were very good and my kitchen turned out better than expected. I would recommend Sembro to anyone who is looking for a great company to use for any design and renovation needs.

Highly recommend! Paul managed the flow of our project extremely well with great suggestions and quick response to questions and workaround needs. Maria is super with her guidance and eye for quality design while keeping cost in mind and patience with questions and decision making. Workers are prompt, clean, as well as quality craftsman. Office staff and showroom a great resource. Couldn't be happier with our final product!

We had our primary bathroom completely remodeled by Sembros and couldn’t be happier! We were nervous about a large project and all of the things that could go wrong. We were immediately eased of any worry from day one. From picking out materials and designing to installation and completion it was an easy, fast and great process. Communication was amazing, team was professional and courteous and easy to make decisions with. Can’t wait to do several more projects with Sembros in the future. If you’re looking for a great company to do your remodels USE THEM You won’t be sorry!

In a nutshell, our kitchen project consisted of removing old flooring, leveling the concrete floor and replace with luxury vinyl, remove our 20 year old Corian countertops and replace with the latest Quartz, add new style backsplash tile and finally replace faucet, disposal and sink with the new and latest products. For starters, SemBro has a huge warehouse you can visit to see various layouts and products. Importantly, SemBros crews are not subcontractors but work for SemBro. Each task had a different crew of 2 workers minimum who specialized in the work required assuring quality work. Each crew took no breaks (besides quick lunch) and worked diligently to complete each phase of the job. Another plus is that SemBro cuts/forms the countertops "in house" with their own equipment which is a huge plus! We highly recommend SemBro Design who not only did a fantastic job with our kitchen but proved to be cost effective as well. Give owner Yuriy a call...you won't. be disappointed!

This a a NEW review for PROJECT #2 with SemBro:

We just completed our second project with SemBro which was a full-home remodel, following last year’s gorgeous kitchen/family room remodel. SemBro did a fabulous job which was again directed by Yuriy. Our project included two bathroom remodels, wallpaper removal, wall skimming, removal of ceiling texture, new flooring installation throughout the house and more.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, I was in need of a dedicated office space to accommodate my move to a fully-remote workplace. SemBro transformed our old dining room to a well-lit functional home office space. Recessed lighting and new light fixtures were installed. For privacy, SemBro constructed two walls and installed beautiful French pocket-doors to close off the new office from the living room and installed a modern, new door to the kitchen.

Numerous outdated doors were replaced with Shaker-style double doors, single doors, plus a new sliding glass door. The icing on the cake was the replacement and perfect installation of a new front door and sidelight. Yuriy did his due diligence to ensure that every single door that was installed was of the best quality. SemBro’s quality cabinets and materials were also used in both bathroom renovations which came out beautifully.

Throughout the entire project, Yuriy, was in constant contact. He’s great – knowledgeable, dependable, very polite and very easy to work with. The Sembro workforce was very skilled, hard-working, detail-oriented and trustworthy — sometimes working from morning until night.

We absolutely love our new and improved home and are grateful for everyone at SemBro. You are a talented and amazing team. We can’t thank you enough!

Review of PROJECT #1 with SemBro:

We hired SemBro to remodel the kitchen, family room, powder room, hallway and bedroom of our 50+ year-old family home. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The large project required the replacement of multiple electrical panels, wall removal, plumbing updates, and more. Within a few days of our initial consultation with Yuriy, our Project Manager, we were provided with a beautiful 3D design of our kitchen/family room and a detailed estimate. Mariya skillfully and patiently helped us to select the perfect fixtures, tile, and flooring for our space. The transformation was amazing!! Yuriy and Mariya were a pleasure to work with. They took care of everything. The project appeared to be well-orchestrated and was painless for us for which we are grateful. Yuriy was very responsive throughout the entire project and was always accessible to answer any questions. If any additional work was required, he was always quick to alert us of what was needed and the associated costs involved so that there were no surprises. The SemBro workers were professional and their work areas were always neat and tidy at the end of each workday.

SemBro brought our kitchen remodeling dream to fruition! We would highly recommend them. We LOVE our new kitchen and are so pleased with the outcome that we’ve rehired SemBro to remodel the rest of the house which will include two bathrooms, living room, entryway, hallway, 3 bedrooms and dining room-to-office conversion. We are looking forward to working with the SemBro team again on this next project!

We have been impressed with Sembro from the first call we made to inquire about our kitchen project. Yuriy oversaw our project in a timely and professional way. We met with Mariya to see the 3D design and select the materials in their beautiful showroom. Communication was excellent, the work crew was outstanding, and they finished on time. Sembro is a really exceptional company - highly recommended to all of our friends & family! We love our new kitchen! Thank you Sembro!

We are very pleased with how our project came out. This was our first major renovation and Sembro’s guidance made it very easy. Start and finish date right on schedule. Crew was very friendly and paid attention to details.

We worked with SemBro to do a complete remodel of our bathroom and we’d recommend the team to friends and family.

Yaroslav, the project manager, kept the project rolling and had great attention to detail. In times where there were setbacks, he made us feel confident and helped us get the bathroom done in a timely manner. 5 ⭐️

Everyone who we met from the front desk to the workers, were all very professional and invested in the project.

I hired SemBro Design and Supply to remodel an old galley kitchen in a condo. The demo was a huge job, not drywall, but old cementboard. Paul and his crew did a spectacular job, from the design all the way to the final details of touch up paint and cleanup. The workmanship is fantastic. I have never seen such a perfect tile job. Both floor and backsplash. The quality of materials and work is exceptional. All of their tradesmen did excellent work. They gave me a timeline, kept to the schedule, showed up when they said they would and finished the job within a few days of expected completion date. I will definitely use SemBro again.

My husband and I knew our kitchen needed a makeover we just needed help deciding the details. During our exploratory meeting, Yuriy helped us refine our vision by showing images from other projects they had completed and offering valuable insights. He provided multiple renderings throughout the process, making our dream kitchen come to life on paper.
The showroom experience was excellent, allowing us to see and touch the products we were choosing, which made a big difference in our decision-making. The team at Sembro Design & Supply met deadlines, cleaned up the area at the end of each day, and truly worked hard to ensure everything was done to the best of their ability.
They kept us in the loop, asked for our feedback when issues came up, and made sure we felt involved in every step of the project. We are beyond happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend SemBro for their professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to making our vision a reality!

Absolutely loved Sembro! From beginning to end. This company is very professional and all the people involved are awesome! Yaroslav, our project manager, was great at communicating which is the the most imporant thing and workers always working long hours to get the job done. Would definitely hire them again. Thank you everyone involved for a fabulous bathroom.
