Our experience with Good Nature has been great so far. Everyone we've interacted with has been knowledgeable and professional. I just got a service report from Dylan, the person who most recently visited our house, and he was thorough and knew the current and future plans for our yard. We love the organic option, and are so far very happy with the service!

We paid a lot of money to have the yard treated in intervals over the season beginning in early spring. I know it’s been a hot, dry summer but the grass just got progressively worse looking, brown, dying and lots of weeds despite treatment. A soil sample done by GN came up with lots of problems requiring lots more money to fix. In frustration at the worsening condition (shouldn’t the treatments done something to improve the lawn?!) we cancelled our contract. We had 1 application of treatment applied to our lawn (1!) by our original landscaper at a lower cost and the difference was night and day. Our grass is green, lush and growing. Organic is a great idea but the reality is much different. I don’t recommend

I used Good Nature for my lawn treatment last year. Service was impeccable and the emails regarding my lawn care and needs were very detailed. I loved that their treatment was safe for my puppy dog, as well. I had to discontinue my service because I was cutting back on expenses due to some medical issues. When I told them why, they sent me the sweetest chocolate covered fruit basket as well wishes for my recovery. I am absolutely amazed and super grateful for their kindness! Thank you to Alec and everyone at Good Nature!

I just started using this service. I called and talked to Kim, while she hilariously listened to my banter about my front yard having dandelion babies. The team at Good nature, reading my hilarious texts and replying in seriousness, but I'm sure they were laughing off screen at my funny descriptions of my child being wrestled off the grass from his life saving tree plant. Jeff the technician who came out with a 15-20 min heads up, so I could let my child know he'd have to stay off, but Jeff showing up at around 1:55 pm and leaving shortly after was a great way for me to persuade my dinosaur son to leave the yard and take a trip to the nearby toy store 😉. Jeff answered ALL of my questions about the fertilizer and applications they provide for the grass. Those of you looking to get this service done. We have clients ourselves as a company not affiliated with Good Nature in anyway unless some how you can install tiny garage doors on grass... Is that even a thing? Okay, anyways, so yes it does get rid of the weeds, no baby dandelions happening in the grasses that we have seen. It works and it's SAFE! SAFE FOR THE HONEY BEES, BUMBLEBEES and Butterflies because we need all of those things in this world to make fruit on our trees. No run off and so safe!! Ugh no round up!!!! No cancer!!

We have been more than pleased since we switched our lawn service to Good Nature. Even more happy to know that technicians like Andy, who takes care of us so well, is safe in his work from using organic materials.

Corey from Good Nature has provided consistent good care for our yard, noticing the particular conditions creating by our trees and bushes. We appreciate having nontoxic lawn care that has made a big difference in the health of our lawn.

I love Good Nature! My lawn looks fantastic. Getting the beds treated this year. Jared always leaves a summary of the lawn conditions and recommendations for improvement — if there are any.

This is the second season I have used Good Nature Organic Lawn Care. My sales representative Corey English is patient, knowledgeable, funny and always super responsive to my millions of questions, concerns and requests. Thank Corey for doing math with me and making sure my lawn is getting the best care.

Started using the company at the end of March paid for that treatment. Received an invoice last Thursday mind you I hadn’t received a treatment since the first. Called couldn’t tell me when my next treatment would be. Conveniently received a text on Friday for treatment Saturday. Received a text from them Sunday about them treating my yard on Saturday. No signage and I also looked at my camera footage from all day Saturday and for most of the day I was home NO service. Manager calls me today and I tell her this and she proceeds to tell my sometimes the cameras don’t pick up everything. She offered me another treatment but says she wouldn’t schedule right away because it was just treated🤷🏾♀️. Needless to say I told her to cancel my service because I can’t trust integrity of the company especially if I’m paying my money.

Good Nature Organic Lawn Care is outstanding. Thoughtful. Professional. Thorough. The results are great and it’s ORGANIC so our family is much safer than the alternatives used by most. Thank You Good Nature Organic.

Excellent service and company for organic yard treatments that are safe for people, pets and planet.
Technician respectfully notifies me via text of estimated arrival and departure time and leaves the yard better than he found it with all gates closed for pet safety. -
This company is amazing. I started with their lawn care service and then added slit seeding. My lawn looks great and is pet friendly.
They do a great job communicating with clients. -
was very disappointed by what I witnessed today involving one of this company’s employees. The individual parked his truck off-center, taking up most of a residential road. As a result, a school bus had to drive dangerously close to a ditch to get around. The employee stood by for several minutes, and instead of helping by moving his truck, he started up his generator and began working while the bus—carrying preschool children—struggled to pass. If this is the kind of behavior the company allows, it raises serious concerns about their professionalism and judgment.

We’ve been using Good Nature for about 10 years. Our backyard needed some help after we moved in, so one of the first things we did was a lawn renovation. In addition to “regular” service to support our lawn and reduce weeds, we also use the liquid aeration in the spring and core aeration in the fall. The technicians are always friendly and professional. I carefully read the newsletters and after visit reports. I made a point to follow the watering guidance about 5 years ago and it has made such a difference in strengthening my grass. I love how lush my lawn looks and that it’s friendly for pets and pollinators. Last fall I even had a monarch chrysalis, and the butterfly emerged just before my service so I was able to share the experience with the technician. I highly recommend Good Nature.

You can see the greener grass (my neighbors) and my grass. I complained about brown lawn (even when watering with in ground sprinklers) they said it takes years before it gets better snd tried to sell me another additional package for 400 dollars on top of my treatments. When I complained about the weeds they didn’t offer to try to make it better or guarantee treatments like tru green. I’m all in favor of organic for children and dogs but it doesn’t work.
Update last three photos are after I started treating myself. -
I was really excited for this to be our first year using good nature.
We have been extremely disappointed with the results. We’ve never seen so much crab grass in our yard. We will not use again. -
These are probably the nicest people on the face of the earth! If they took all the nice people in the world and stuck them into one business, this would be the one. We used them for a few months after having a brand new lawn put in June/July (25). I believe they are great for well established lawns greater than 2 years old (my opinion). We only cancelled because at the current time, they were not the right tool for the job, but I 100% believe they are perfect for the right application. As I'm learning, new lawns are breeding grounds for every disease and problem known to man, so in our case we need a few chemicals that Good Nature does not offer to get our yard well established. I'm still a believer in their mission, maybe one day in the future we will revisit this avenue. Good company, I still recommend them for the right application.
