I didn't even hire them, but one of their drivers nearly hit me as a pedestrian and then sprayed me with salt and blamed me for the incident after. UPDATE - One of the managers called and apologized. Have updated the review as a result

MVP has been very professional, and extremely reliable...in fact, they have exceeded my expectations on many an occasion!

Do not use this company! They destroyed our lawn and did a very poor job on snow removal.

When I called to complain I was threatened with violence. Be aware and stay away from MVP!

The MVP Team used existing historical materials to create a new patio for us. The team was excellent and they delivered outstanding results!!!

Mvp did a yard leveling for me and did an outstanding job. Everything they said they were going to do they did very professionally and on time. I highly recommend them 100%.

MVP does poor business. We had an agreement that they would do monthly trimming of my sidewalks and driveway, but they only showed up once. They rarely answer the phone when I called, and the woman who answers gave me the run around. She never returned the call as she said she would.

Great company to work with for snow removal. They're very responsive and keep us up-to-date during snow events as to when we can expect service at our properties. Highly recommend!

MVP services the Orchards of Beacon Hill community in Rocky River. Their team is courteous and professional, and the work is very good.

MVP does an amazing job! The landscaping at the property I reside at is beautifully manicured. The staff meticulously tends to the flower beds and lawn. It's so nice to live in such wonderful surroundings!

My frustration level with this company is off the charts. The total lack of communication makes doing business with these guys very difficult. I've left multiple voicemail messages over the past two days regarding lack of service and have yet to get a call back.

They are very good at communicating their terms of service in a 50 page contract* (hyperbole) committing us to $3k of snow plow service for our business, whether or not it snows, but refuse to answer the phone or return calls.

The President of our firm had to clear several feet of snow from the sidewalks and steps of our building this morning, because MVP failed to clear them. They also pushed our parking blocks onto the sidewalk making it very difficult to gain access to our front door.

This is the first significant snow event of the winter season in Cleveland. I get that they are busy, but I'm not feeling like a valued customer.

Love MVP for year round lawn and snow care! They do a great job and are very responsive. They recently just did my beds for the Spring, and the yard looks gorgeous! Would highly recommend them!

First Year with MVP doing are associations lawn services. Very satisfied with their service. Plan to renew their contract for 2042.

MVP provides lawn cutting and snow plowing services for our townhouse association. They work quickly and with a high level of quality. Their crew is professional and polite. I would recommend them for commercial or residential services.

I had other another company from Parma for years and always felt like I had to beg them to show up. Then I met Eddy thru a friend and did some electrical work at his home. MVP then started doing my lawn and I am pleased with the work and the friendly employees . I would highly recommend them if your looking for lawn care . Haven’t used them for snow removal but if the service is as good as the lawn. Trust me you will be happy. THANK YOU EDDY AND YOUR CREW.

I've got MVP helping out year-round. The peace of mind I get knowing I'll have a clear and safe driveway in the winter is invaluable (kids and elderly in the house). In the summer when I come home to a freshly cut lawn it is worth every penny. They do A+ work all around. Would highly recommend and why I hire them back every year.

They came in on time, left no sign they were there, and the job I requested to be done was done exactly how I requested it. My arriving home was just a happy feeling that someone does what they say they are going to!

MVP has done work for us a few times now, and each time we were extremely happy with the results. From cleanup to landscaping to repair to grass installation, everything they did was very quick, efficient, courteous, and professional. The landscaping in the front was creative and eye-catching. The shrub removal and grass installation in the backyard was transforming, and you wouldn't know it was the same lawn, for the better. I would highly recommend MVP.

This service is absolutely awful.

Update: In response to MVP saying we are not a customer, that is because we as individuals are not customers. We as a neighborhood are - They service Red Tail in Avon, Ohio and have been one of the worst landscaping services I have ever dealt with. I just wish our HOA would listen to us and change services rather than save a couple of bucks.
