All reviews for E & A Locksmith Services & Security

Unbelievably good experience with these guys. I lost a key fob and didn't know what to do and was seriously impressed with their speed, customer service, and knowledge of locks. Truly unbeatable service. 10/10 recommend. Also, the girl who answered the phone was super sweet and had some cool sounding birds. Makes it a true 11/10

I walked in to get a key fob battery. I was in and out in 10 min flat. Very nice people. Quick service

If you need a Locksmith E & A are your people!! We were in a tough situation but they made it happen, Bazzi is the one who helped us. Very friendly, kind, efficient man do not sleep on these guys!!!! Call E & A!!!! Recommend 10/10!!

Obi was spectacular. Life saver, knowledgeable, straightforward. Locked myself out of my studio and boom they were right there, SUPER fast!

Excellent service from E&A. My 60yo door lock broke and Ahmad was able to come by same day to replace. He was neat and made sure to preserve my mid-century mod brass accents. Ty for such a great experience.

We once found this elderly tool box buried in the backyard. If it wasn’t for E & A and their lock pick kit we would never have been haunted by its contents and what’s the fun in that! Beyond thankful they helped make this possible! 😊

They swmt someone all the way out to Maple Heights (from Lakewood) after hours to get my key shard out of my tractor truck door. The shard was so deep inside the lock he had to pull the inside panel off in order to pull out the entire lock mechanism, just to getvto the blasted thing! But he had all the tools and know-how. I watched him exhaust the other options first, no playing around trying to make it look harder than it was. Honest work. I very much appreciate the help, thank you sooo very much. The call-out service plus after hours was $175 before labor, but that's reasonable under those conditions. If I could have gotten the truck to the shop, it would have been a steal, lol. But HOS is no joke. Oh well, it's completely worth solving a problem that I did not have the tools to solve myself.

I had a great experience at E&A. Emir took care of me and helped me get a new motorcycle key because my original key broke. If you ever need any type of key made, this is the place to go.

Brought in my 2022 Honda key fob to get a second one made
It was super fast and super easy! Great customer service everything works great!

Had issues with my ignition lock and steering wheel and was able to have one of their technicians, Ahmad, come and fix it. Very nice man and worked efficiently, so glad he could help me!

I can't say enough! He was friendly, fast, knew his business well. When he ran into a problem with my 25-year-old car, it took him less than 5 minutes to find a solution and fix it. He just was an angel. He wanted to make sure I was happy with everything that he did, just a really nice guy doing a good job!
I would recommend him to anybody who needs key work done of any kind.

I was getting the run around from another mobile key company for weeks about programming the new fob I bought. I was recommended E and A Locksmith. They were respectful and got me taken care of. It took a bit longer than I thought but they stayed after hours to make sure I receivedmthe fob that day. They even walked me to my car. Being a senior woman, that meant alot to me.
They have just about any type of key you would need. I highly recommend them.

A.G. Was absolutely totally professional, reasonable, fast, totally totally satisfied. If you need a key fob or an extra key made, these are definitely the people to go to. I live an hour away and it's totally worth going to them. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again

Sammy was awesome. Thank you for your help making me a key to my deadbolt. I purchased this off Amazon and it came without a key. In 10 minutes I now have a set.

These Guys we're amazing! Super fast and good service highly recommend this business they were able to help get us a new key for a great price that worked flawlessly! Thank you so much. We will be doing business again with this company. Samie was very helpful super professional and was very quick.

The man that showed up to make me a key definitely needs a raise! He tried multiple things to make sure that I got my key made and was able to leave in my car. Saved me so much money not having to take it to the dealer! Definitely will use them again in the future.

They came out to my business late on a Friday afternoon because my locks no longer worked. From my call to having it fixed was a total of 3 hours which I was thrilled with since they had to purchase a commercial grade lock and handset and then key both of them to match my existing key. Part of what took so much time was that the technician was not happy with how the door was latching. He spent a lot of time to make sure that it worked perfectly. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Emir saved me a lot of money and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend him When you come here tell him the Cadillac lady sent you. He repaired both my keys for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!
