Moving stone was great! They were not only fast but neat and organized. I had to move at the last minute and they managed to still fit me in. All I can say is Quality Quality!

I’ve used this company twice . Each time they were excellent workers l didn’t have to do anything they were very professional and accurate. Anyone looking to move l would definitely suggest moving stone company . Also great rates they put everything in place and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you guys for a great job .

They were prompt, professional, and handled my items with care. I am very cautious about moving and initially i was skeptical of anyone moving my most precious items, not only did they deliver but they exceeded my expectations! I would indeed use them again and recommend them with all your moving needs!

We have now use Santana and his crew 3 times. Once to move our office from Mayfield Village to Cleveland Heights, once to pickup and deliver some personal furniture, and once to vacate an empty office and take the furniture to storage.

Each time they have arrived on time, clean, were professional and efficient. Their prices were reasonable, the guys didn't dally, but keep busy and worked hard, and got the jobs done in a timely manner.

They were conscientious and careful with the furniture, taking apart what needed to be dis-assembled for transport, and putting it back together when done. We had 2 small items damaged, but not due to any negligence or mishandling on their part, just by nature of the poor condition of the items themselves.

I would highly recommend them, and we will use them again if/when we need similar moving services in the future.

The movers were extremely professional and helpful 5 stars ⭐️ don’t do them justice! They took their time with mounting my TV’s. I definitely would recommend them.

Very poor experience. First time coming for an estimate, Mr. Jones and his team leader were late, 40 mins late to be exact. Although, that was the first sign of a red flag, I still booked with them trying to give a black business owner some business.

The day of the moved seemed to go well, until they damaged main my fridge and blamed it on me (veryprofessional), as movers they should know how a fridge needs to be removed through a door (if the doors need to be removed, etc).

Secondly, they casted my mother (who was there to help me move) as a villain. She simply pointed out that they damaged the fridge, and Mr. Jones complained to my father (also there to help me with the move) about her inquiring about the damage. She did not raise her voice, cuss, or act inappropriately. Mr. Jones promised to discount 15 to 20 dollars but in the end he, after the move. He did not.

Thirdly, they caused a flood in my basement. While disconnecting the washer and dryer, they turned off the main water line but did but turn off the water in the laundry room, causing a flood to seep through the tiles in my basement ceiling. Although they came back to start the job, they did not complete it.

When moving my items to my new house (again with my washer and dryer) after hooking it up, they did not tighten up the hose, and I had a mini flood in my new laundry room.

Worse move ever, I would never recommend this company to anyone , not even my worse enemy. They are very unprofessional and do not stand by what they sell.

Before MOVE: I hired this company as they were recommended by my cousin whom they had moved previously. A walk through was provided before the move took place, and I was given a quote to move. I then called back a day before the move was scheduled to inform me that I was provided a discount that was incorrect. I agreed to an updated price.

During MOVE: The movers arrived on time, and began moving immediately, shortly after they had arrived and began moving boxes I informed the manager that my trim going out the kitchen had been damaged. I showed him the fresh paint  that was chipped off on the floor. He asked his workers but they informed him they didn’t do it, nevertheless he verified that the paint chips and the scratch was fresh, and he agreed to fix the wall after completion  the job.

The move started at 10am, and while the movers we working steadily, by the 1am, we still had no beds, so I texted the owner and informed him they would have to finish tomorrow, which he was not happy about, stating, “Ma’am we need to finish this tonight.” I informed him it was too late to set up beds in my home. “ He said they would come in the morning, and I agreed. The workers came the next day, moved the rest of my items in, taking a total of 5 hours additional hours. (The owner was paid the night before the move was completed)
After MOVE: I called the owner to verify when they would be back to fix the wall, as he had set a time before he left for Friday at noon, and he verified. I called Friday, and was informed he thought the appointment was at 3, but then verified it was at 12, asked if he could come Saturday. Called Saturday to verify time, he said they would be there within the hour, the movers themselves called and said 30 minutes, so we waited at the house. An hour had past, so I called only to be told someone lost their keys and they could not make it, but would come Sunday at noon.
I texted Sunday to verify they were coming, only to be confronted with the conversation again that “the workers didn’t take ownership of chipping the wall, due to them having to finish my move the next day, I put their schedule behind, and that they would try to come today.” The owner went on and on, as though timeliness of moving was my fault. He had walked my home knew what was required, but at the end wanted to tell me how I threw their schedule off by not letting movers set up beds after 1am in my home. I politely told the unprofessional owner, his company did not have to come back, and that the conversation as well as actions, were unwarranted.

While I truly wanted to like this company, I would not recommend to anyone. You get what you pay for… look elsewhere.

Very professional. Explained and showed everything that was being done . Mr. Jones Made sure everything was to my liking before he added his final touches. During the time he spent at my home he mounted three TVs and put together my daughters baby crib. I highly recommend his services.

I was threatened by one of their movers, my bed frame was put up wrong and my dresser was broken by them. They guarantee items that are broken but yet to resolve my issues. Also they were supposed to mount my tvs and they never came back to do it nor have the responded. Go elsewhere not worth it .a rip off

Oohhhh My Goodness!!!! When I say Movingstone was RIGHT on! They were ROGHT on time! My daughter found their company on IG; Movingstoneofficial, had Great comments, have 5-Star reviews on Google so I was Over sold. I was in a bind, needed to hire a mover ASAP and was SO Grateful they were able to come last minute. They were timely, Very professional, Mr. Jones the manager came in greeted everyone, broke down how the move was going to go, and Mr. Alex, Sam and Juan got to work and moved Everything Carefully. Broke down the furniture that needed breaking down and reassembled them, and set everything up just as I wanted. As a Black Woman, I am Very Proud to support Black Businesses and Movingstone is the epitome of what a Professional, WELL Presented Black Business should be!

My husband and me had a great experience working with the Moving Stone on our move from an apartment to a house. Starting from our initial communication by phone, they were exceptionally polite, professional and nice, as well as transparent about price and timeline.
They did a great job and the whole process went very smoothly. The movers' crew was punctual, qualified, efficient and courteous. They disassembled, packed and moved our furniture very carefully and professionally, and afterwards reassembled everything as needed and put all furniture in our new place exactly where we wanted. In the process we confronted an unexpected situation, when some pieces of furniture didn’t fit in the new place, and they found the most appropriate and suitable solution.
The pricing was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

I used Movingstone movers on 12/27/24 to move my disabled 76 year old mother from one apt building to another, and she was so happy. My move was seamless, with clear and timely communication. I called just three days before I needed the unload and setup, and they delivered right on schedule. They made mounting my TVs and setting up my furniture effortless. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
