Roofing & Gutters reviews in Cleveland, Ohio

John and his crew were great from beginning to the end.. professional.. timely.. clean and I would highly recommend CWI excellent job 👍

I was floored at how well the Cleveland Waterproofing crew works together. This entire team knows what they are doing. They have their processes down to a science. I've never worked with a company who so thoroughly knows their business.
Many thanks to John and the team for making this massive undertaking run like clockwork.

CWI did excellent work for me.

They pulled the correct permit, expertly cut the driveway and excavated down 8ft to the broken drain, waterproofed the exposed section, fixed the drain and drain tile, back-filled with gravel and got it inspected by the city in only 2 days (plus one day in the middle to let waterproofing dry). Big recommendation. No one else could have done it this well. Thanks to John and his crew.

John Massitti, owner of Cleveland Waterproofing Inc. and his crew are phenomenal. John explained in detail the entire process of our project mirroring the contract. Everything was done as promised. They show up when they say they will be there. They are conscientious, hard working, organized, highly skilled, knowledgeable, efficient. All their experience shows in their work, everyone has a job to do and they work well as a team.
John even had one of his men move my plants and had them put back after the project was finished. There was open communication throughout the process. He gave us peace of mine, it was fascinating watching the work in progress and we are thoroughly satisfied and happy with the results. We highly recommend them.

I refer John Massitti and Cleveland Waterproofing to all of my clients because not only do they perform outstanding work, they are incredibly knowledgeable and are straight shooters who don't have to use high pressure sales tactics that pressure a client into using them. They tell it like it is, show you how they can fix it, and give you a price. A top notch outfit through and through.

We had some pretty major renovations on our house recently, and as part of it, we had our exterior drain lines inspected. Most were hopelessly crushed or otherwise useless, and it was just a matter of time before we got serious water in our basement.

John and his crew came highly recommended. In one visit, John was able to estimate the whole project, including all the complicated connections. His crew came in and, in ONE day, did high-grade PVC drainage on a fairly complicated property. They treated my house like it was their own, being very careful- they even dug up plants that were in the way and put them to the side, in a way that they could be replanted. His crew worked hard, smart, and professional, and didn't leave a mess, considering that they probably had to excavate about 100 yards of trench in total.

I would gladly work with John and Cleveland Waterproofing again, but honestly I don't think I will have to. They're truly craftsmen, and I have absolute faith that I am never going to have to think about my underground drains again for years.

Very pleased with the quality of the job and the impeccable cleanup. John and the team worked with my insurance company to replace my roof and they also repaired the tuck pointing on my chimneys. Everyone on the crew was friendly and professional. The pricing was very competitive and clear. I highly recommend this locally-owned company for both integrity and workmanship.

We had a great experience with John Akel and his roofing team. We had to replace the entire roof and gutters on our house. It is at a very steep pitch, with several dormers and other irregularities, and had to be replaced down to the studs. John gave us a fair price relative to other quotes we received and answered all of our questions thoroughly. When he said he thought they could get it done in a day, I was shocked. The morning of the work, a huge team showed up and went straight to demolition work. They did an incredible job, had the new roof on by late afternoon, and cleaned the yard thoroughly of loose debris. The roof and gutters look great. Would recommend John and his team to anyone!

These guys are great! With us every step of the way and when it came time to get the job in, they did everything really well!

Very pleased with Ohio Roofing. Michael & crew were fast, efficient & curtious. Excellent communication from start to finish from Michael on location & Dawn at the Office. We were provided visual proof of damage, an explanation of work that needed to be done & visual of work completed. No up selling, no games. Highly recommend!

After a raccoon got into the attic and damaged the siding, we immediately called Ohio Roofing & Siding. Michael and his team did a fantastic job fixing the house. They also resurfaced our second floor porch, which was a job we originally contracted for the spring. They do wonderful work and cleaned up beautifully.

Service was excellent. He would call me each step of the letting me know when he was on the way. Also the workers were great!

Easy to work with. Cleaned up well. Repaired slate on main house and shingles on mudroom roof. Would use them again and will recommend to others .

What a great company that does outstanding work . I had called and received many quotes from different roofing companies just to find out they were unable to do the project due to it being a partial tile roof. Ohio roofing told me the specialized in this. Thier quote was extremely comparative. They kept me informed every step of the way. . Michael, the foreman on
the job continually sent me pictures so I could see their work every step of the way. I can’t tell how impress I am with Ohio Roofing and Micheal the foreman . Thank you so much for doing a great job!!!

Needed a new roof upon purchase of a new home a couple years back. Would recommend these guys to anyone in need of a new roof or repair. Honest, hardworking gentleman from start to finish. John has years of experience in the industry and inspects the job all the way through. Had a ding a point because there were several nails on our driveway I had to pick up. But not bad considering the thousands of nails they put into the roof. John and his team of guys are efficient and do the job right at a fair price.

Did a roof and gutter replacement. Very happy with the entire project from quote to finish. Great communication, quality materials, attention to detail, skilled workmanship. Had a couple concerns along the way that were promptly addressed by the project manager and crew foreman. They protect your landscaping and completely clean up everything. The owner even stopped out at the end of the project to make sure we were satisfied. Thrilled with the results. Good people who know what they're doing. Highly recommend.

We just recently had Ohio Roofing Siding and Slate LLC come out to place a weather cap on our chimney. Despite the consistent weather changes, they were able to do the installation rather quickly with the turnaround times from measuring to ordering the materials. It all went very fast. Michael was great to work with, he was very informative and courteous! Dawn in the office was also great with updating me on the status of the project.

We used them in the past for a roof repair. We had a little problem with the work (due to a defective product they received) and they were so fast to respond and fix it, that they gained our trust. The trust and accountability meant more than them having to come out and fix something.

That trust led us back to them this year for a large roofing, siding, and gutter project. Everything went well and I cannot say enough about this company. We will be customers for life and recommend them to all family and friends.

Not only did they do absolutely beautiful work and transform our house, but every crew that came to the house was friendly, professional, and respectful. They worked around our daily life and it was like they weren’t even here. They communicated well. They worked very, very hard to get the job done. I don’t think anyone sat down to eat or take a break despite the 80-85 degree days!

The office staff and sales staff/ownership also possess excellent communication skills. They were always prompt to return a phone call all, email, or text. They remained patient, flexible, and fair with a couple of changes that we asked for during the project. They answered all questions with honesty and transparency. Sometimes it’s what I wanted to hear, sometimes it wasn’t, but I trusted them in the fullest.

If you’re looking for roofing, siding, gutter, or slate work, please look no further. I feel like there are many companies out there that provide good quality and value. But companies that ALSO have intangible qualities like honesty, flexibility, fairness, communication, and respect are hard to find. Ohio Roofing Siding and Slate have them all.

John and Dave did an amazing and thorough job on our new roof! They were recommended by a friend and I would highly recommend them for your next roofing/siding project!

They installed my chimney cap in the cold weather to help me out..I recommend them to everyone.mike communicated with me and even showed me pictures..great job

Dave came to my house to see the wind damage. He was able tell me straight up...no bull. I like an honest contractor. When you call tell them Joe sent you...they will say Joe Who...that's me 😊
