I've used them several times. In an emergency or scheduled service, I highly recommend them. They're fast ,efficient, and great prices. I had a tree fall down in my yard that knocked down power lines and looked like a war zone. They were there in a few hours, I couldn't tell there was a disaster once they were done. Nature’s Beauty Tree Service did an amazing job removing my giant elm tree! The tree was on the side of my neighbor’s driveway and very close to my house. The team was able to get the job done without a scratch on our homes! They got the job done in under 2 hours and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend this team!

Great service at a great price! Although we had to wait a few weeks to get on the schedule, work completed (including removing a large tree) was done quickly and safely. Would do business with again! ^_^

Initially was given quote for tree trimming but when crew came out and saw condition of tree, they convinced me that it made sense to just cut it down because it would only be a continuing problem each year going forward. I agreed to have the tree cut down which was over 100 years old. They were fast and efficient getting the tree cut down. However, they did not clean up afterwards to my satisfaction and damaged my lawn with burn spots from the equipment in some areas. Also, I had to buy topsoil to level the indentions in my lawn from the bucket truck machine tracks. Further, a lot of oil spots from the crane truck dropped and were left on my driveway. Wood chips from the chipper left on street in from of my house along the curb and in my grass. One worker told me that when the grass was cut, all the debris would mulch. It didn't. I had to rake it first before cutting. I spent considerable time cleaning up the next two days. Granted, it was a big job and I am happy to have the tree gone, but more attention could have been given to how they left my property. The photos are of after my cleanup. I spoke with the polite receptionist to schedule an estimate for my tree in the front yard she mentioned that someone would come out to estimate this weekend. However, the next morning, I had two missed phone calls from natures tree worker stating my tree wasn’t marked. I called the worker back and he was very rude and unprofessional. I asked them why did they stop by today since I wasn’t expecting them until the weekend. He yelled that it was based on his schedule not mine and how I should’ve been ready. I asked him if he often talk to his customers this way. He just scoffed and said he doesn’t have all day. Mind you, I wasn’t told ahead of time of his arrival he just showed up at my house without any prior notice. Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and rude behavior. I will never recommend this tree service to anyone in my neighborhood.

Sad I have to do a review on a service I didn't receive. Yesterday they did a tree next door at my neighbors house in Cleveland Heights. In the process they cut a limb that knocked out the power lines to several houses for 3-4hrs. They didn't even apologize cut the tree down and left me with the debris to clean in my yard! Then left a power line sagging in my backyard 5ft above the ground. After they were done they didn't even say they were finished or informed any of the residents they just left and we had to figure it out on our own. Which included having to call First Energy to fix their mistake.

Extremely poor customer service. Rude and arrogant. Would rater argue with the customer than do the right thing. They behve like petulant children. I'm sure they are fine as long as everything goes to their plan, but do not expect anything but contempt if your expectations are not met. I see other reviewers have had similar experiences. I would add photo's but they refused to take them as proof of work.

$5900 tree job.

They left a whole tree standing from my
Estimate and said they would come back and take it down. They never did. Changed my review to one. Look elsewhere, they’ll take your money and half ass the job.
