I was very satisfied with the service from Robert Tree Service. He arrived when he said he would arrive and completed the work we agreed upon. He cut cut down 25 trees for me.

Very disappointed! Had I looked I never would have allowed him to continue. I had told him we chose someone else but he dropped his price and my husband said he probably needed the work and wanted to give him a chance. He destroyed our fence which we needed until our new fence came in, another 3 weeks did not take ANY tree down to level left debris all over the neighbor lot and we had to clean it all up and also repair the chain link fence. I think he must either change his business name or delete the bad ratings. Think about being more truthful and honest Mr Roberto Farmin especially when you see a disabled person cleaning up your mess because the job was not as profitable as you'd. Hoped it would be. Beware this contractor and trust your instincts.

Family owned business. They are very professional. This project had fourteen wires surrounding my garage, and the boom operator did a great job maneuvering between the power and cable lines. Very friendly workers, and picture of the chain warriors

A large tree came down on our garage after a storm. Robert came out to inspect immediately. The crew showed up as scheduled. Everyone was very professional. Removal was tricky due to cable and phone lines being tangled up. All in all it took about four hours and they cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all the debris. Very talented bunch of workers. Attention to safety.

Super impressed with these guys. We had an expensive drone with valuable footage get stuck in a tree. They came out for an emergency call on a holiday weekend, on a Sunday, and rescued it. And because of where the drone was in the tree, it took tremendous skill. The drone and footage were safe and sound thanks to Robert Tree Service. Awesome job.

Had Roberts Tree service remove a dead tree on our tree lawn on Tuesday September 16th. Showed up on time and had tree removed with in a very short time with clean up. Very professional and fair price to remove this tree.

We can't say enough good things about Robert. He took on a large project for us in clearing a lot to build our new home in Bay Village. He exceeded our expectations in every way. There were a lot of overgrown trees, a few that needed trimmed, tons of brush and vines from the yard being neglected for years, and two massive trees that were leaning terribly hanging over power lines and our neighbors yard. Robert gave us a fair price, quick start date, and completed the work on time. Even better, when our contractor was giving us headaches about changing his mind at the last second on which trees still needed to be cleared to properly build the foundation, Robert was reliable, answered messages and phone calls quickly, and made sure the work was done right. You'll be hard pressed to find someone as reliable as Robert. We highly recommend him and will use him again in the future!

Words cannot express how pleased I am with Robert Tree Service. I had an almost 70ft tree in the front of my house and the tree branches were in between electrical wirers on both sides of the tree. Robert and his team took the tree down in just a few hours with such ease and perfection, they cleaned up as they worked and stacked the wood nicely to the side of the house. I was impressed with Roberts attention to detail and the consistent flow between him and his crew. The final result was flawless! I am very happy with their service.
