Top Notch!! Ken Neyer Plumbing provided the best customer service I have ever received! From the moment we contacted Neyer Plumbing, to the time of completion, everyone we worked with was above and beyond expectations.

On 10 February we noticed a leak in our basement that we thought was a foundation breach around the main water line. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the main water feed line coming into the house had a crack in it. At that point, we turned off the water supply and spoke with Lisa at the main desk. Lisa was wonderful and compassionate. She had Logan at our house 2-3 hours later to do a field evaluation. Logan worked with Jeremy in the office to get a recovery plan started, and a team to our location the next morning.

On 11 February a team of professionals arrived. They took the time to ensure they understood the entirety of the situation on that ground, and, that we understood the plan for repairs. John, Michael and Mark spent 5 hours working and keeping us up to date on their progress. Upon completion they showed us the results of their work and ensured we were happy, which we are.

However, that is when they continued to support our situation to help locate a separate water leak on the property. This took them another hour to help locate and isolate the issue (they are working up an estimate at this time to recover that issue in the future).

Courteous and professional the whole way through! Not only did they sweep the dirt off the walkway, but they also cleaned up our make-shift efforts to contain the leak in the basement after they were finished.

I wanted to give a shout out to Mark and Brandon for fixing the issue with my sump pump. They showed up on time, very professional and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. It was the check valve that failed. It was replaced and they did not try to sell me anything that was not needed. I have used Ken Neyer for a long time and would not hesitate to call them back.

Ken Neyer Plumbing from office workers (Lisa and Laura) to Plumber, August with helper, Dameon - they’ve all been top notch. All very patient, helpful, respectful, listened well, explained and did exactly as they said they’d do. Actually went above board in my situation. The second part of the work will be done in 2-3 weeks (when scheduled) and I anticipate nothing less than total quality then too. Thank you very much. I will keep this plumbing company programmed in my phone for any future use! I highly recommend their service! They were quick to respond and very professional.

Kudos to Nathan M and Doug L, 2 remarkably professional representatives of Ken Neyer Plumbing. I had water softener problems, needed recommendations on what to do. Nathan M arrived on time, identified himself and immediately covered his shoes with booties to protect the floor. He assessed everything and gave me 3 options for replacement. He also noted a water pressure problem that had exacerbated the existing softener failure. After thoroughly explaining everything, I selected the best option for me, and Nathan assured me all could be completed that day. He called in Doug L to help get the job done, another courteous and polite person who introduced himself and immediately covered his shoes.
They kept me informed throughout the installation so I knew what to expect. Best of all, they left the area around the softener much cleaner than they found it!

Rebuilt tiolet guts and runs the way it should now. Good job. Glad water pressure was checked as part of service as adjustment was needed and taken care of. They thought water pressure valve was shot but tried it and was adjustable. Educated us for recommendations and gave us quotes to consider for future. Nathan and Shelby were pleasant to work with.

August and Noah showed up on time and provided the most competitive quote in the tristate and then got my issue resolved with HyrdroJetting without damaging my copper pipes. They had the equipment on hand so no rescheduling needed unlike their local competitors(you know who they are).

I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family because I was disappointed in the other companies that run commercials everyday and boast about how they aren’t bought out by investment firms but then bring faulty and distressed equipment into your home and quote you 65% and one case 200% more that the job calls for.

I’ll continue to use Ken Neyer Plumbing until they make me choose otherwise.

I woke up to a plumbing issue with my water heater and was referred to Neyer Plumbing Company. I called them and Lisa who answered the phone was so nice and courteous. She seemed like she was very concerned. Next, she told me that they would be out to see me today before 4 PM. They did show up around 2:30 PM and the technician, Doug L. was very nice, considerate and concerned. He was truly very helpful and answered any questions that I had. He was very honest and upfront. I highly recommend Neyer plumbing to my Family and friends.

We had a new water heater installed after 22 yrs. service from the old one, and the experience was great. Nathan installed with Brandon as a helper...I cannot say enough for their professionalism! Very satisfied.
I scheduled a new faucet for the laundry area and repair on my Delta kitchen faucet...did not want to give this one up. Both jobs were a huge success...we are very happy with the results.
This all began late last summer due to an outside hose bib breaking off in foundation wall and unable to turn off. Lisa scheduled Nathan within the hour at 4pm on a Friday. I had lost our plumber due to retirement and called Ken Neyer. Lisa has been absolutely wonderful to work with and I am extremely pleased with the service received from everyone...
including Austin and Wayne who are working with us on a GCWW

The team from Neyer plumbing that came to repair a collapsed sewer line were amazing! Wayne, Dee, Jake and Jaiden were professional, friendly, efficient and did a great job in timely manner! We were very happy with the job they did for us.

The technicians that provided our service (August and Noah) were friendly and professional. They explained what needed to be fixed and were transparent about the cost. Update 1/13/2026 - We had a sink faucet replaced recently. Dre did a great job! Very neat and professional. Thank you! We asked some questions to determine exactly how we would have it installed and he was very patient with us and explained whatever we asked about, including showing us optional installs of the faucet set. He cleaned up afterward and it looked and worked great. Thank you very much!

12/26/2025 -- We really appreciate how quickly you were able to respond. Same day service and having a replacement water heater on board was fantastic for us. Nathan did a great job and had great attention to detail and even cleaned up the site during and after the tank replacecent. He went over everything he was going to do at the start of the job and made sure we understood what was happening. Hats off to Nathan (and Ken Neyer plumbing). Thank you for a job well done!

I had a bathroom sink that had a shutoff valve that stripped and was unable to turn off. It also had a pretty good leak under the sink. I called Ken Neyer Plumbing and from the moment I called was met with professional and friendly customer service.
Nathan and Shelby responded to the service call and were outstanding. Both arrived promptly and ready to work. Their communication was great. They kept me well informed before, during and at the completion of the service call. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

SUPER SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE!!!! This was my first experience with Neyer Plumbing, and I will definitely call them again if needed (and will be telling friends and family to call)! I had issues with my kitchen sink not draining and one of our toilets "moving" when using it. Neyer Plumbing was able to have someone to my home the very next day after I contacted them and the person who answered the phone was so nice and very pleasant to talk to! I received a confirmation email about my appointment, and the next morning I received a text with a photo of my plumbing tech who would be doing the service. I was glad to know who to expect at the door! Nathan Meyer literally worked THE ENTIRE DAY at my home on my plumbing problems. Nathan inspected the issues, presented my options very clearly, patiently answered all my questions, and worked dilligently to resolve the problems. I felt very at ease with Nathan being in my home, as well as confident in the work he was doing here. He was very professional, but also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was really reassuring to feel as though I was getting value for the service and having things up and running again in my home so quickly after calling! BIG THANK YOU NATHAN AND NEYER PLUMBING!!!

I will begin by saying the main plumbing job of our supply line replacement was quoted, planned and completed efficiently, correctly + in a timely manner, however - communication has been an extremely weak point.

Communication throughout the entire process has been quite the headache -- with me as the customer calling repeatedly for confirmation on when the crew will actually show up for the main job; and still now 2 months after the completion of the main plumbing line replacement job - trying to get a straight answer on when the sidewalk that was ripped up will be repaired.

I was initially told they would be back in 4 weeks after the ground had time to settle (understandable) - but after multiple phone calls trying to make sure we're still on the radar, and being reassured that yes, we will be taken care of week after week - I was told they would be here today (9.24.25) + not surprisingly, no one showed up.

I've worked in customer service my entire life - I'm fully aware things come up, especially with contracted groups completing jobs - but it's getting ridiculous now that a full 60 days after the initial job was completed, the scope of the work has not been fulfilled in it's entirety. Maintaining communication with customers is a lost, but necessary art, and moreover - reassuring customers that something will be done on a certain day, and then failing to do so time and time again, is frustrating beyond explanation.

Since emailing and calling and speaking with the office manager on multiple occasions doesn't seem to garner much attention, I'm resorting to a public review in the hopes that we'll have our sidewalk fully intact before it starts getting into fall and winter. We chose to have the job done by end of July to allow time for the job to be fully completed before the fall and winter.

As explained over the phone yesterday - our sidewalk not being repaired is not only an eyesore, but it's a safety hazard that would fall on our backs if an insurance claim was made. We have a wheelchair user in the neighborhood that has had to go into the street to pass by our house because of the state of our sidewalk.

If I could give a zero, I would. They came for a simple job -- put new tank guts in two toilets. The guys were nice, but now as of the very next day, neither toilet works properly! One runs intermittently and so I've had to turn the water off from the wall. The other one is leaking from the tank and because of that, I have a puddle about 10 feet around in my basement. They also did not give me any type of price or invoice when they left, though I asked. Said they would mail me one. Now I figure they can tell me I owe anything they want to tell me, and possibly charge me more for having to come out and fix the awful job they did the first time. Ridiculous.
