Terrible customer service!!! All I wanted was information regarding Walden Apartments that they co own, just to be transferred to the manager who is supposedly running the place. Left "Brad" numerous voicemails in the span of a week and still haven't heard back from him. The person answering and transferring calls was incredibly rude and even hung up on me after asking why we weren't getting a call back from "Brad"

I had a horrible customer service experience. I went to purchase 6 trees . I walk into the office to ask for help. An older fat bald guy tosses his pen across his desk being blatantly obvious he did not want to be to be bothered. He asked me what trees i wanted but did not seem willing anwer a single question i had. this guys negative energy was so strong my wife and i decided to leave . He then says "
Good " that "he didnt want our business" . I told
Him i would be reaching out to the owner to let him know how toxic his employee was when he replys he is the owner and his name is "richard beran" . If he really is the owner i cant see how any person with an ounce of dignity could work for him . Im glad I had this experience as it lead me to purchase the exact same trees from Paradise trees in Sevile Ohio for $300 less per tree. If that was indeed the owner he must be a very miserable man.

I have gotten two trees from Tom. One for my wife for our 20th anniversary and one for the school district I work for. Nice tree stock and they do a great job planting. Both are over a year old and doing great. Well worth every penny.

Called them a week ago, as they've been our snow removal company for the past few years, asked why they hadn't showed up and was told we didn't have a contract and the guy who answered was very rude and acted like i was bothering him. He transferred me over to the guy who handles the contracts, i left a message that i needed to speak to him right away, and a week later have heard nothing back!

I’ve purchased large trees from this company twice and will use the again. Tom is responsive and professional. Out of 6 large spruce they planted one died and they promptly replaced it with no hassle . Their crews are polite, friendly and hard working. I plan to purchase another large tree in the spring

Used them for a one time cleaning because our cans were getting gross. Really happy with the results. They were able to get some spots off I thought would never come out. It was quick and easy to schedule online. We will probably add their quarterly or bi-annually. Highly recommend them, and will be a repeat customer
