If I could give more than five stars, I would! From beginning to end, this couldn't have been a more delightful experience. Our outdoor project was huge, and took a little more than two months to complete. Our designer, Ryan, was super--it was like he could read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted and how to accomplish it.
Kevin's team of foreman Chris, and his helpers Nelson, and his brother (forgive me for forgetting his name!) was by far THE most professional group of guys to ever have worked at my home. They were here on time every day, worked long hours in the brutal heat of summer, and cleaned up the work site so well every single day....I can't thank them enough for their hard work and for being so respectful of my home. Even though the project is finished, I do miss their smiling faces and the conversations we shared daily. We love our new beautiful backyard living space. It looks like it has always been a part of our home. Thank you, Moscarino Outdoor Creations! You have made me very happy! It was an absolute pleasure to work with you.

Moscarino Landscape + Design was excellent on all counts! They were incredibly helpful when discussing our landscaping needs! They listened to us and gave great suggestions. They competed the job on time and left our yard looking beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone who wants landscaping services of any kind! They are honest and excellent at what they do! I had these guys out late last December to remove old beds and grade backyard in preparation for a fence. They were extremely polite, timely, and competitively priced. We liked our experience so much we used them again for a spring project that turned out great! I worked with Dan from the office first who was nice and answered all my questions. Then, I got to work with Dan, my project manager who was spectacular. He was informative and extremely accommodating. His 2 man crew of Jared and Ray worked their tails off. Jared was real thorough and made sure everything was the way we wanted it throughout the whole process. I'm definitely picky and wanted things a particular way and not once did the crew seem annoyed but seemed to truly care about customer satisfaction. Thanks to the whole team! I will definitely use them again for future projects!

AIY Properties Inc. has used Moscarino Landscaping for many years at Timber Top Apartments and about 15 other apartment communities in the Northeast Ohio area. They have done a Great job for us and if there ever is an issue they are right there to correct the issue and make things right with us. I always have believed that it is the service after the sale, and they absolutely deliver for us. They have uniformed professional associates who show up to do the work and their account Reps are Excellent at their communication to us. I could not recommend them more.

We have just completed our second year with Moscarino handling our total yard maintenance and we are totally satisfied. Our Moscarino rep, Dan Haberkost, has done a terrific job for us, ensuring that the work is done satisfactorily and helping us with some special requests. Dan has been great at staying in touch with us and is always available. The mowing crew has been outstanding. Not only is the grass cut, but the crew edges and makes sure that all surfaces are blown clean.

We are so happy with Moscarino and the work they did on our landscape! In the design process they were very thorough and patient with our questions. The 3D rendering was incredibly helpful. In the installation phase the crew was very hardworking and courteous. We would definitely recommend them and are currently working with them on another project.

We contacted Moscarino Outdoor Creations late in the season but they were still able to schedule and install a garden bed around our new patio 3 weeks later. We were concerned because we’ve had such a rainy Spring and Summer in June and part of July but they found a window and had our garden bed done in one day. We’re very pleased with the final results. They were very professional and had their work cut out for them because our yard was so rough from previous construction. Very pleased.

My husband and I had a terrific experience with Moscarino Outdoor Creations. We had some work that needed to be done with flower beds and areas with high weeds. Their consultant came to our house and made some excellent recommendations. Their workers were fantastic. They worked very diligently and cleaned up our beds to make them look better than we had ever seen them. We were 100% satisfied and decided to add them as our lawn treatment provider.

I live in an apartment complex and this is the second time I planted grass in front of my patio and they weed wacked it in spots all the way to the dirt. They have left it alone all season until today. It isn't hard to tell new grass and this guy wore glasses and I believe is in charge of the the crew. Maybe he needs new glasses? Unfortunately a few years ago they decided to spay weed killer in front of every patio in the entire complex. It killed all the grass and looked terrible, still does. Every landscaper knows to only spray under the fence lines. I am tired of wasting my own money to make my patio look nice just to have them destroy it every year. They should have replanted all the grass they killed in the first place. It's easier to kill the grass then weed wack. This entire year so far has been hit and miss with that too.

My vehicle is full of caked on grass because they don't blow it the opposite way until the cuts no longer reach the vehicles in the parking lot. This happens with the bottom floor patios too. I get tired of wasting my time and money because either they are not trained correctly or the flat out don't care. I would love to go to all their houses and trim and mow 😡

After consulting several landscapers for our backyard project, we decided to go with Moscarino. They provided not only a reasonable price, but were very helpful with planning, ideas and were also very responsive during our first stages. The workers did a great job and once the project was completed they followed up to check in and provide care tips for our newly planted trees and grass. We have received numerous compliments from not only our neighbors but several strangers walking by on how great the job turned out. Highly recommend!

We are ecstatic with the new paver patio that Chris and the Moscarino crew installed for us. It is a hugh improvement to our backyard and we take great pleasure in it. The Moscarino crew were very professional and paid great attention to detail. The constrution of the paver patio and retaining brick wall is of a very high quality and will last for years to come. We could tell that the Moscarino personnel took pride in their work, and it shows. Brian, the designer, was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.

Recently had a patio installed along with landscape work done. They were very easy to work with from start to finish. Got back to me very quick whenever I had questions. Came out to do the project a few weeks ahead of the original estimated start date. Couldn't be happier. Will use them in the future when I need more work done. Highly Recommend to use them.

They do plowing where I live and they are terrible. Leave piles of snow in the middle of the parking lot instead of pushing it in the grass. They do not plow open parking spaces. I don't think they have ever heard of back dragging snow to make a better path. TERRIBLE. They have even left huge mounds of snow inftont of vehicles to where people had to shovel themselves out. Not to mention in the summer they blow leaves everywhere and mess up everything on people's patios and move stuff and do not put it back. Would never use or recommend personally.

Worked with Brian S Williams on a landscape design that worked with both our local wildlife & family style. It was easy and adjustable. We got plenty of compliments from our neighbors.

Foreman Dantez and his team were not only thorough, but turned around the job in record time. The yard has never looked better! These guys definitely went the extra mile.

The Moscarino team did an amazing job. Very professional from start to finish. A special thank you to Ryan for the beautiful design and to Jerrod and Justin for the excellent stone and install work). They started when promised and, other than a brief rain delay, worked through until the project was complete. I highly recommend Moscarino and would definitely use them again.

We used Moscarino for edging and mulching. Our project manager Brian was very responsive and the team did beautiful work (and they cleaned up so well you would have never known they were there!) We didn’t get multiple quotes for the job as Moscarino came highly recommended. But when we received the proposal, we were pleased that the amount was in line with what we would expect for our size job (~12 yds). We will definitely use Moscarino again for landscaping projects.

Here I am, writing a second review about this inconsiderate group of people that work for this company. 3 times now, these people have destroyed my holiday/ seasonal decorations with their leaf blowers. Not to mention the flowers they completely eradicated that I’ve planted in the past ):
I’m so tired of it, guess I can’t put anything up anymore because they destroy it EVERY time. I will be letting my apartment management know, though I’m sure it will fall on deaf ears. I really wish they would stop having these incompetent idiots come through. FED UP with these people 😒

we had moscarino remove and replace our retaining wall. it was a big job! brian was easy to work with. Moscarino's great crew were methodical, did a great deal of heavy "grunt" work, were happy to make any adjustments we requested and were always neat and tidy. the finishing touches were great! they went above and beyond for us. we knew Moscarino had good reputation. now, we have personally experienced the quality of their work. we definitely recommend Moscarino!!! thabks brian and crew!!!
