They would not come out to empty my motor home tank. It's a simple procedure of vacuuming out a 5 gallon bucket as it's being filled. They only want the big money.

I have two 1000-gallon septic tanks plus a pump tank, and they cleaned out everything TO THE VERY BOTTOM OF ALL 3 TANKS, including all the sludge. The other company out of Lagrange that I had clean out the tank the first two times didn't do that. The previous company claimed that by "leaving some liquid (and I'm sure sludge as well!) in the bottom of the tank, it was leaving in some "beneficial bacteria" that would help break down future waste. Yeah, right.

Called to ask for approximate pricing on 500 and 1000 gallon tanks (just moved in, not sure of size) and the guy i talked to flat out refused to give pricing over the phone then hung up on me. Flat out will not use this service ever. Awful customer service over the phone.
