I am very happy with Blue Dragon Appliance Repair from start to finish. The repair fellow was pleasant and easy to work with. His focus was to get our refrigerator working again and instead of postponing the fix because a part was needed, he went and got the part, returned and got it all working again!

Prompt service! Aaron came out the day after I called to fix my dishwasher, very friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. Found the issue almost immediately and solved it. Fabulous service!

Horrible experience. I was charged for a service call but received no service. Technician claimed the washing machine couldn’t be repaired and left. CapCity appliance repair fixed the washer in under 20 minutes. Would never do business with Blue Dragon Appliance repair. Beware!
