The tech that arrived identified himself immediately and he was on schedule.
After working on our washer for a bit, he discovered the cause of its failure. It was a circuit board and he ordered it while still in our laundry room.
He estimated one week for his return, but however he got back here in about 3 days. Which was definitely appreciated.He replace the failed circuit board promptly. Then he ran a series of tests on our washer to be sure there were no other problems with it.
His work, professionalism, and politeness were all great. It has been a couple of weeks since his repair, and quite a few loads of wash. Everything has been fine.
I totally recommend Cap City Appliance for your Appliance repair needs. Thank you -
