Technician was great but the office support was poor. Made numerous calls and was promised a call back which never happened. Took two weeks to get a revised invoice and a refund as I paid on the first visit. Never pay the entire invoice until work is completed. I will NOT use this company again.

Repair technician was able to assess issue with our washer over the phone, saving us a repair service fee. Issue is with the transmission/motor. Recommended we purchase a new washer as cost to repair would be the same or more than a new machine. Appreciate the honesty and expertise. Will call them again for any future repair needs.

My washing machine stopped spinning. I was able to quickly get an appointment for the next afternoon. The Tech that showed up was nice and easy to talk too. He got it back working enough to finish the load of laundry. He was pretty upfront and said if it’s the transmission failing then it would be too costly to repair. The washer still made a bunch of funky noises while it groaned to finish its last load of laundry. So I got to get a new one. I appreciate him being honest and giving me the bad news instead of making unnecessary repairs. Even though he was not able to resurrect my 11 year old washer I will definitely call this appliance repair company again.
